Today was my first time at this location. I wanted to try the chicken tenders and fries for lunch. I definitely was not disappointed. They were the best chicken tenders and fries that I’ve had in quite some time. I definitely would be going back there again.

I only leave an honest opinion so first the service was good. I had delivery which was pretty quick so a plus there. The food the most important part and I’m sorry but a major disappointment and I was looking g forward to trying this place. The taste for pretty much everything was bland, where is the flavor? The chicken dry, the taquitos Im guessing premade and frozen, the pupusas it said a stuffed tortillas….that was not a tortilla and not stuffed either that was like a pancake with stuff mixed in. The rice I know for sure not fresh at all tasteless and extremely dry, the fish was ok and the fries ehhhh ok but not crisp. Hopefully others may have a better experience.

Normally one of my favorite places for fried food, but they dropped the ball this time, completely unforgivable.
Toothpick in one of my taquitos, bit into it. Wasn’t even holding it together like some sort of hors d’oeuvre, the thing was in the filling lengthwise like some sort of booby trap.
Really the cherry on top of what I feel has been a period of slow decline.

It’s a delightful and welcoming restaurant, perfect for a family outing. Ample seating is available, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed delicious hot wings, crispy and juicy garlic parmesan wings (get a side of hot buffalo sauce for dipping ’em ), and a satisfying Italian hero sandwich. We liked it so much that we returned before our departure after spending Memorial Day weekend in the area. This time, we ordered more wings, along with a truly amazing hot honey and pepperoni pizza (be prepared for a satisfyingly full meal!), and received a complimentary fried dough with our order. I highly recommend this place!

I’m sorry to say, but I was not impressed with my first experience. I ordered the cowboy sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes, my coworker ordered the chicken dinner with Mac & cheese and Spanish rice. I work about 5 minutes away and when I sat down to eat, my sandwich was ICE COLD, and my mashed potatoes were barely warm. The sandwich comes with bbq sauce on it, but I asked for it on the side, but when I opened the box, my sandwich was slathered in it. The bbq sauce was very overpowering and it made my sandwich soggy. If the sandwich was hot and the sauce was on the side, like I asked, it might’ve been ok. The chips that came with the sandwich were soggy for the most part, but the ones that were crispy tasted alright. The mashed potatoes were just ok, nothing special, and could’ve used more gravy. My coworker enjoyed the chicken, he said it was flavorful, but he didn’t care for the Mac or the rice. I may give this place another shot to try the chicken, and I might give the sandwich another go, if it’s done the way I asked for.

We had a genuinely awesome experience here last night. The order of boneless wings was HUGE! Real white meat chicken too, nothing processed/formed here. And the sandwich! I love my chicken thin and crispy, which is super hard to find. But this is it! My only thought for next time is I might order the sauces on the side as there was a whole lot of it on the sandwich.

First time going and everything was great. We were out there for my daughter’s basketball practice at Skidmore College. The 2 young ladies helped me and my family with the menu. They brought our food out to us and everything tastes good. Thanks again, we will be back.

Ordered the Nashville Mac n Cheese Sandwich. It supposed to be a chicken sandwich with mac n cheese with hot sauce. This is what I got. Some burnt brown nasty stuff to ruin a perfect sandwich. Called to ask about it and was told that is the sauce they use, that it was perfectly fine and to have a nice day. I have had the sandwich before within the last month and it had your normal red hot sauce you dip it into not buffalo sauce. If this is what you are serving now. Good bye!
Mario, I have had your nashville hot sauce multiple times and others many times. That is what raised the alarms. There was something terribly wrong with the sauce and I was dismissed and told everything was fine by your worker. She didnt even ask me to return with my sandwich to see it and be given a new one or my money back. This is why I posted the pictures of my order. Glad to see your sandwiches look delicious again in other reviewers photos. However I won’t be returning because of my experience and how I was dismissed.

The chicken is kind of mid and overpriced if you get a flavor added to it. I definitely think that the texture is amazing perfectly crispy, but the flavor itself is very lackluster and not memorable. I got their garlic Parm and I thought that it could’ve used a little bit more seasoning. It literally just tasted like butter and Parmesan like no salt or any pizazz I barely tasted the garlic.

One of the cash register girls spoke absolutely with disregard and disrespect. Luckily another woman came up and was more professional..Speaking condescendingly to customers is uncalled for. You dont know what people are going through and perhaps have some customer service training. As we left they gathered and were laughing so we will not be returning. Hatties or dizzy chicken are much better options least you are treated with decency.
