Since most of the previous reviews were bad, I wanted to wait till my 3rd experience here to make sure there’s been consistency. 3 times in a row I have had my food ready at the time it advises where ordering pickup online. The food is consistently delicious and warm when I eat it. The place is pretty clean for the most part however, the inside is kinda crammed a bit. Otherwise, pretty good wings

We’ve been to this Wingstop for about a couple of times now, and I can say that the food and service is pretty good. There’s a lady in particular, I believe her name is Jess, her service is great and her personality is that of a go-getter. She’s bright and bubbly, and she even brought our order to the car both of the times she was there. If she loves her work then it shows, very amazing service. The food is great here, too. Fresh, delicious, and looks amazing. I can’t find a single reason to complain. I think I’d rather go to this location than another one until something changes. But so far, that’s just been my experience.

The manager at this location needs to be fired.
I went to order some wings and they told me it would be around 30 minutes because they ran out of Togo boxes at 3 PM.
That’s a massive fail on the manager’s part for not ensuring that orders of material materials were up to par.
It ended up being an hour instead of 30 minutes and they didn’t offer anyone drinks while they waited. They didn’t offer it to include a few extra wings for anybody they didn’t offer any dip sauce or anything as compensation for their failures.
Not to mention that when the manager finally did show up with some boxes that he went and retrieved from a different Wingstop, he nonchalantly walked in all casual, like it was all no big deal. There was no sense of urgency from the whole team to get everybody’s orders completed quickly and efficiently.
This manager absolutely needs to be demoted or fired completely.

I have been to this location twice and it was disappointing both times. The first time the manager was speaking poorly about employees to other employees, in front of customers. This time I walked in the lady up front asked my name, she said “oh they are salting your wings now” and walked in the back. There was a man standing in the door way to the kitchen yelling customers several times to the lady working the front who walked to the back. She had to tell him to go help and he said out loud he didn’t want to. Finally she told him my order was ready and he proceeded to argue with her about bagging it for me, stating “that customer is not here.” Cut to I get home with my “wings” only to find I have paid $23 for pieces of chicken that are literally the size of quarters! If I wanted popcorn chicken I would have bought it at the grocery store. Honestly feels like false advertisement because what I purchased vs what I received are two different things.

Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered 30 hot wings through Uber Eats and received 30 dry rub wings instead. Not even close to what we asked for. This isn’t a minor mix-up, it’s the entire order wrong. Completely ruined the meal. We won’t be ordering from here again.

I’m only writing this review because this is now happened to me twice so it can’t be a coincidence at this point.
I did a DoorDash delivery order and requested all flats for the wings, As soon as the order went through on my phone, I immediately called the location as the last time I did this I did not receive all flats, So to correct that for this order, I even called the store to verify, Spoke with the manager and he told me it would be a dollar extra for the all flats option, I agreed to the extra charge and then got off the phone and waited for my delivery to show up.
Once the delivery showed up, you’ll imagine my frustration when I opened my wings and it’s all drumsticks not even mixed, but all drumsticks. I called the location and speak to the manager that I spoke with prior to them delivering the food, And he proceeds to tell me that the wings had already been made, Which for one I know is a lie because there’s no way you can make wings in less than 60 seconds from the time that I placed the order to the time that I was on the phone with him, And two they never make an order all drumsticks, It’s always mixed.
Now I’m definitely upset as the manager is not taking responsibility and is trying to shift blame. He offered me store credit I declined. I said I wanted the Wings remade and I was going to come and pick them up myself. I was then given an attitude and told “ OK man whatever”
When I got to the location, the manager wouldn’t even come out and speak to me But they did have the wings remade.
Am I afraid to eat them?? Yes. Do I trust that this manager with his lack of professionalism didn’t do something to my food? No
But it’s the principle of the fact that he lied to me and tried to cover it up.
This is unacceptable, and if I were the owner of this franchise location, I would fire this man Immediately.

If i Franchised this location I would be embarrassed. I ordered and they said i would wait 30 minutes and ended up waiting an hour. I was a dine in and they gave me it to go I still ate there. A man complained and asked for a manager while I was there on Oct 29th the manager refused to give his name but whoever sees this Needs to fire him. Immediately. Sooooo unprofessional and rude back to customers. While I was eating my food it was delicious and then I found Hair in my fries dark colored. 2.3 stars is too high for this location. Either the company hates its customers by having that staff or they really value their employees. So many people got angry and annoyed and the manager handled it so poorly. I didn’t complain or open my mouth I hope it gets appreciated here. Now about the store itself half the soda machines were empty and just soda water, floors were dirty ect. Idk what pot they are smoking in the back but geez this place is bad!

Food took 45 minutes not 10 minutes. On a regular Tuesday. One of the wing flavors was cold, colder than room temp. My drive home was 3 minutes. I got violently ill. I’d check to make sure your wings are hot before you leave if there is any wait. It looked like they had a bunch of wings in boxes already made, sitting out on the counter getting cold. If I wanted wings that have been sitting out for hours I’d go to Frys.

AVOID AND DRIVE TO RITTENHOUSE LOCATION!!!!
One of the worst “fast” food experiences ever. We’ve had Wing Stop several times and never had a problem. We ordered (2) 8 count combos. Issue 1: Took 35 minutes to recieve barely warm wings.
Issue 2: Both orders of wings came out in one basket, with Hot wings touching plain wings. (I highly dislike Tabasco sauce and had to peel the skin off where it touched).
Issue 3: Fries weren’t seasoned and were super soggy.
Issue 4: Paid $1.69 for garlic parmesan sauce that we did not receive. PLUS paid $1.69 for fry seasoning for my wings because they said they could just Sprinkle some on the plain wings like Rittenhouse does all the time – FOR FREE!
Issue 5: When we walked up to get the cup of Garlic Parm sauce, the lady gave me a cup of cold parmesan cheese. My husband walked up and asked where the garlic sauce was. The older lady (we assume was the manager) tried arguing with him that she gave it to us. So she then proceeded to give another cup of COLD butter.
One or two issues we could look past, but the poor customer service and cold food will not have us returning.
And the men’s bathroom sink looked like someone puked in it.

Schedule mobile order to pick up but they didn’t make it until I got there and push me back 30 minutes wait for my foods. The whole point of ordering ahead is to get my foods ready to be picked-up and go. If you’re ordering ahead, call them to make that they got it ready before heading to the store because most of the time, it is not ready. Overall, food is good but the whole order ahead extra waiting time is ridiculous.
