You know a place is good when they have little to no advertising and only open a few days a week… and yet a full house!
Superb service. Attentive, friendly, warm, kind, and sincere! Can’t ask for more!
Quality ingredients! Everything was top notch. Everything is homemade (except the pasta) and you can tell because the food is exceptionally delicious!
The table bread and butter were nice.
The stuffed mushrooms were outstanding. Full of flavor. Cooked perfectly.
The lasagna was the best I’ve had from a restaurant.
The chicken parmesan was also yummy! Really big portion.
Nice Italian soda, wine, and beer options. First Friday they do wine tastings for members. If you are a Paisan member at $25/mo you get 4 glasses a wine per month and 10% off your bill. You can share with others in your party and they rollover. If you’re at a La Famiglia level at $55/mo you get a bottle of wine each month, 20% off your bill, and you can rent their indoor and the heated outdoor space for only $25!! You can bring your own food as well for events.
But back to the food. The cheesecake was one of the very best I’ve ever had! I’ve had every cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory and from many places. This cheesecake deserves an award. It was the best birthday dessert (on the house) I could ask for! Pro tip: pair it with some of their Belgian Dark Chocolate Gelato and you’ll be thanking me when you do!

They have 10 tables so it’s cozy and parking can be tough especially on First Friday, and you should call to make a reservation.
And if you’ve never been there, you use the QR code to look at the changing menu and order at the bar. No biggie. They make you feel welcome for sure!

It felt like home. I don’t know, maybe I’m a little biased because I know Mike, but I feel like the food, and the restaurant is truly an extension of his heart. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was incredible. If you looked around the room, every table was having a good time, enjoying their food. The flavors, oh gosh, the mouth watering shrimp linguine was so delicious! And don’t get me started on dessert. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t waste your money on bad food and small portions at $20 per square. The chicken in the chicken parm had the consistency of a rubber tire. The noodles in the manicotti had a weird texture as well, rubbery and chewy (definitely not aldente).

And here in Battle Ground is one of the Best Italian meals we’ve ever had!! Awesome Stuffed Mushrooms, Linguine to die for and the Salted Carmel Skillet Cookie and Bread Pudding – WOW!!
