I have been coming here every week, and the wings and fries are absolutely impeccable.
However, I must say it is because of the two young men working in there.
One is an Asian fella, the other is a Spanish / Latino looking fella.
Them two are the backbone of this company, if it wasn’t for their service and the pride that they carry I would not be a loyal customer here.
I am a regular and they know me; every time I eat the wings are always extra crispy with extra sauce. It’s people like the cook who take pride in what they do that keep these businesses alive.
Whoever the owner or operator is of this facility, please consider giving a raise to both of those employees without them I would not be spending my money here, and they are absolutely awesome and great people

This was the absolute worst food. The fries were soggy, grease soaked and inedible. The chicken cheese steak was greasy as well. They wrapped the cheese steak up and put it in the box upside down so all the meat fell out. I tried to order boneless wings with honey bbq sauce on them but they had no honey bbq sauce. How do you not have honey bbq sauce? If I could have given it zero stars I would have. I don’t recommend anyone should go here to eat. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

You shouldn’t be serving grease soaked French fries. I guess you have no quality control measures in place. I don’t believe anyone would want to eat grease soaked fries. I would have requested a refund while I was there but I received an attitude when I walked through the door. We seemed to be an annoyance. Rather than get into an argument I left and wrote a review. I should have just left after I received the attitude when I walked in.

Some of these companies I swear have forgotten the way to do business. Pricing for everything is at an all time high and the last thing a person wants to do is spend hard earned money on services that are not up to par. Instead of tossing our wings in sauce they decided to drench our wings in sauce and forgot to give us any dipping sauce. Along with that the fries were covered in hot sauce and had to go in the air fryer which made them worse. After spending $35 on this food we are highly disappointed!! Too bad we live 20 mins away or else we would’ve taken it back. Never visiting this establishment again..

Ordered one dozen honey barbecue boneless wings, picked up the food, got home, went to eat them and they were hot wings! Called the store and was told next time I ordered a dozen honey barbecue boneless wings will be free. Just called to order my free wings, manager called me back and said “no, policy is food has to be returned and it’s posted in the store so the best I can do is 10% off.” I told her that I was not told that and that I was told my next order would be free. Again, she said the policy is posted in the store. Who goes into a fast food place and reads the policies? I expected my food to be correct. I told her that I will never be back.

Stopped and picked up wings on my way home. Got home there was no sauce. Brought them back as the incompetent woman on the phone said I could do. Get back in the store she makes the wrong order I then said I just wanted a refund she stated I had to do it online. So I asked her if she could just make the ones I had ordered. She has my receipt in front of her and still doesn’t know what I ordered. I used to love wings to go it’s a shame it has gone down hill. I see by a lot of responses from (the owner) on other rewiews it just looks like a generic response about hope you will give us another try. That’s just disappointing. ****Reply to your comment the fries are the item we didn’t bring back and we didn’t need them remade so I brought back the 3 sets of wings that were not correct. Did you see on the camera me giving back 2 sets of traditional and one set of boneless then receiving back all 3 traditional? You may need to review your footage again Did you see on the camera how she gave us another customers order? We did not receive a refund although I did ask for one but when she said it can only be done online I only wanted a refund for the wings ( the 3 orders we brought back) so I think your definition of theft is a bit skewed

Food was garbage. Our wings were freezer burnt and the fries tasted abysmal! It is absolutely aggregious to serve this food. Also we had to clean off our own table. While the employees may be nice, the food was not. This place needs an overhaul. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Ordered from the wings to go website. Order arrived and I was missing two orders of fries. Called and was told they could refund my DoorDash account since that’s who they use as a delivery service. Which I do not have. I again used their website and paid via apple pay.
Received an email with my 10$ door dash credit that is completely useless as I do not know what account this was sent to since I do not have door dash.
Called back to explain and asked if I could just come in for the fries. Was told no since they already refunded me.
I will never ever ever ever be ordering from here again and I’ll make sure anyone I talk to knows what trash the service is.
When I place an order through your own website I expect the store to handle the refund or to fix the issue. Not door dash.

The food is okay, the place is clean so thats a plus. Only problem I have is with the workers. Last time i placed an order it was around $25, my girlfriend insisted on paying so I parked my car and my girlfriend stayed in the car and gave me her debit card to use. Some hispanic girl was working at the time and this is what really offended me.. she asked me for ID…. for a $25 order bc the debit card was under my girls name. Who asks for ID for a $25 order of chicken. I literally had to go back to the car and grab my ID to buy chicken. Not sure if she thinks she was some fraud detective or what but for that reason I will NEVER go back to this specific spot. Wings to go has officially lost a customer thanks to her.
EDIT: No I have not come back to this place or any wings to go because of that one time. And to top it all off they’re telling me they usually ID people for chicken orders?? Bruh. It was $25, this place is obviously not doing well based off the other reviews. If you aren’t desperate and have other options to get wings go for it, DO NOT GO HERE

Honestly Speaking
I called to order my wings in advance of my arrival. I was told 15 mins. I walked into an empty store where two of the only employees were busy on their cell phones.
I gave the young man my name and number and said I was here to pick up my order that I called in. After taking my money, he walks in the back to put my ticket on the shelf. The older woman then proceeded to put my wings in the fryer.
I asked the young man if those were the wings I ordered ahead, and suddenly, he could not speak or understand what i was asking. He was the same person I spoke to on the phone and had the ability to communicate well while on the phone, but in person acted confused when I inquired about my order.
I explained I called ahead and placed my order, at which point i was told 15 minutes. I can appreciate that the food was fresh, but what is the point of calling ahead if I was going to get the same service if I just walked in. His answer I forgot to put your order in.
I understand that while a store is busy, the phones are ringing non-stop, and many people are waiting for food. However, the store was empty and quiet, and no food was being cooked at all!
Management needs to think about who they hire. The store was empty so how can you forget to place one order? To top it off, my wings were undercooked slathered in sauce that tasted nothing like garlic Parmesan. I had to go home and use my air fryer to make sure I didn’t get Salmonilla poison from undercooked food. I live 20 minutes away and was not in the mood to drive back.
I won’t be back and will make sure I let everyone know how this store needs to be shut down. I should have read the other reviews before placing an order. There are other places to get wings. Aside from the auto message they place under the comments, I can guarantee nothing will be done. Save yourself a trip and stay away from this establishment.
