Ive been going here my whole life and generally I dont have any problems. Though recently ive had alot of small problems with my orders.
I ask for a butter bagel and I end up having to add more butter at home. There has been CONSIDERABLY less butter on my bagels than there usually has been. Now once or twice is okay, lets say they’re running low on butter. Though there has been more than 5 times where I dont actually have enough butter to cover the bagel. Kinda sucks when im on the road and im rationing butter on my bagel. Especially when im paying for butter.
I ask for 1 plain and 1 cream cheese to get home with both bagels stuffed with cream cheese (at least the schmear is respected with cream cheese).
I ask for a hash brown on the side and they throw it in my bagel.
The bagels are good, the food is cooked well. The staff is generally really nice so this is a great place to stop by in the morning. Prices are about what you’d expect in this economy. Gone are the days an actual egg sandwich and a drink costs you less than 10$. Though I dont blame the store for that one.
Just take note you’re currently better off buttering your bagels at home and just make sure you got your order correct.

This place is a Hidden Gem I stopped here by chance a while ago. Now anytime I’m in the area I make sure I stop in for breakfast or some baked goods on my way home. Everybody that works here is very nice and friendly. The food is cooked perfectly and delicious. Do not leave without some cookies or cake

I visit this location to buy their bagels and I have no experience with their other offerings. Their bagels are simply the best and I highly recommend them.
They have daily fresh bagels. The bagels are my favorite type: good size and thickness, nice crust that is crisp but won’t chip a tooth, soft and chewy inside.
The service is always polite and eager to serve.
I often buy bagels here to bring to friends and they are always a big hit.

Listen, I don’t know about the pastries, the cakes and all that stuff…but I can say they make a delicious bagel. Plain bagel with cream cheese is what I was craving and they did not disappoint. The airy bubbles on the outside of the bagel that make it crisp with the soft and airy inside. With just the right amount of cream cheese that gets warm and melty from the heat of the bagel.

I purchased a cake this morning for a client and completely mortified and embarrassed to have found mold surrounding the bottom layer of the cake. I asked before I purchased the cake, when was the cake baked and I was told last night. Mold does not develop overnight.
I have been to Steve’s a few times before and each time there is an issue with my order, but this was my final attempt in giving this place a try.
As convenient as this place is for me less than 1/2 a mile away, I will never enter this store again

Ordered an egg sandwich and a bagel order came to almost $30. 350 for a juice.$12 for a bagel with cream cheese. $12 for an egg sandwich. Place was dirty on top of that. People behind the counter didn’t seem to really care. I’ve ordered the same thing at many other bagel places and paid only to $16 for all of that

I love this place. Good bagel sandwiches, delicious tuna salad, and great baked goods. While their selection of bagels isn’t as huge as some other places (though they have all of the flavors you expect), their bagels are very good and I love their maple walnut vanilla cream cheese. Every time I go, I end up getting something from the bakery case, too, and their staff is very nice.
