We are a family run business that loves to make tasty food and share our traditional cuisine! Abel is a Mexican immigrant from El Aguacate Jalisco who has always had a passion for cooking. Since a young age he enjoyed helping his parents in the kitchen at home and in their family restaurant. Upon moving to the state, Abel reconnected with his passion and worked. in several restaurants as a line cook and chef. In 2021 admits all the uncertainty, Abel took a leap to open up his own taco truck and follow his passion in the footsteps of his father and family!

Ordered birria tacos and charges us 90$for an item we don’t receive. The dip tastes like crappy chicken broth. Salsa is mid. Dry limes and not enough salsa. Pissed we got scammed.

I have been wanting to try this food truck for awhile now and I’m so upset that I’ve waited this long! The Quesabirrias were off the charts delicious and the consume is so flavorful! My husband got the chicken burrito and thought it was super good! Don’t pass them up, dont wait to try them…this is THE spot for some yummy authentic mexican food!

Beautiful gas station taco truck. Hit after a long drive, I got two asada and two carnitas tacos that were so juicy, perfectly salted, and blessed with pinto beans and other accoutrements. Highly recommended especially considering the menu shown on maps says tacos were 2.75 4 years ago and now they had only gone up to 3 which is totally reasonable. Staff was very nice as well and wait wasn’t long. I can’t wait to come back and try new menu items!

Best Quesabirria tacos in Ellensburg hands down, Not only are these tacos amazing they are fully loaded with meat and the price is great. Every time I call and ask how long, he says 10 minutes, My house is 12 minutes away. By the time I get to town my food is ready every time. Other taco carts will tell you 20 to 30 minutes and it’s actually 1 hour. I’ve stopped going to all other Mexican carts in town due to poor service and extremely long wait times. This food cart knocks it out of the park with Service, Food quality, and time.

Great service from owner, the food tacos and tortas we had were delicious although I have to say, the beans on my tacos were a surprise. A good surprise! There are no seating areas so you either eat in your car or, as the locals who came by, take it home to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit and try all the offerings.

Not much to look at, but the food is authentic (this far from the border) and reasonably priced. We had 3 tacos and a burrito for less than $20. Good dinner and they even delivered the food to our car!
