Got to try Little Red Snack Shack at Totality in Millinocket!
With limited food options and a massive crowd, we didn’t expect much, but even with crazy lines, we got our food in decent time, and we’re super pleasantly surprised by how good everything was!
I tried their Fried Pickle Wrap, which was a bomb vergitarian option while staying delicious, along with bacon ribbon fries and a drool worth Little Red fried waffle desert!
10/10 would recommend you stop and try if you see this food truck around! Check their Facebook page to find where them!

This is the first time I ever ate from the little red snack shack food trailer. It was at DeWitt Field airport in Old Town for a car show. I have never had ribbon fries before so I pretty much like anything deep fried so I went for it. The wife and kids were with me so I figured they probably be stealing it from me so I ordered a large for $11. I thought it seemed pretty pricey at the time but what the heck is at a car show it’s basically fair food. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is because of the wait time although I understand it was really busy but I can’t give them a perfect score because of that. Anyhow when I did get my food they said sorry I basically gave you an extra large and it was. It was a square cardboard folding container probably six or so inches square and it was stacked so full I couldn’t close the lid even halfway. And I’m going to say the ribbon fries which are basically a cross between a fry and a potato chip we’re awesome. My youngest immediately stole a pile of them from me then my oldest had a little bit and then the wife who is gluten sensitive grabbed a bite and never stopped she just kept chowing on it. (She’ll probably be pissed for saying that ) After everybody was done eating and I was done eating the container was still full to the point that it did not close all the way. We brought it home threw it in the airfryer at dinner time for 3 minutes or so and they were just as good as when we first had them. I highly recommend! Next time I’ll probably try the loaded ones with bacon and cheese.

Ordered from the food truck in Waterville. Ate one of my three sliders. It’s was cold, gristle in the middle and for $16. I threw the rest away. Also got some loaded chips. They were cold. I think I got someone’s leftovers. Threw 95% of my $30 meal away.

Got sick eating the food. Burger had a burnt crust on it and fries was burnt to a crisp.. a good burger is not cooked with pressure also it takes the juiciness right out of it.. couldn’t eat a bite of the hot dog could taste the fridge

Had the chicken “tenders” at the fair. They are butchered cutlets that had zero flavor and were extremely dry. $11 for the trash.
