I use to love going here! Id drive 30min one way just for a sub and great customer service. I literally go almost a month without my #7 turkey mikesway and come in and the food is still delish but I must say quality took a lil hit. I’m guessing from not doing fifo and proper cleaning because I’ve never seen this place be so bad. So dirty. Totally sad! I use to be greeted at door and they knew my name and allergies. Over last couple months I’ve noticed a decline. I think the gm left. And her workers probably followed. I hope they fig it out soon!

I came in earlier and ordered 2 hot and 2 cold subs. Somehow I got my hot subs before my cold subs (which were fairly easy to make, a regular and a kids ham and turkey plain no cheese (they put cheese)). When I get home the hot subs are already cold , and the peppers aren’t even cut just huge chunks of peppers taking up half the sandwich. The quality has gone down over the months.

It’s probably not fair that we go during the lunch rush, but I suspect anyone can be perfect when the store is slow. First time we went, the pop machine was out of ice. Second time we went, they were short-handed and the hot sandwiches took 20 minutes. Third time was okay, all went okay. Everytime, the tables were unwiped, but I understand that due to lunch rush. Sandwiches are good, but cookies are FAR too expensive for what you get.

It would have been a great experience today having a great JM sandwich. But the manager had her 4-5 year old son behind the counter where our sandwich’s were being made. She had gloves on the kid, that didn’t matter when he licked his hand (with the glove on) but then he touched someone’s sandwich that was being made. He grabbed a bread knife at one point because she wasn’t paying attention to him. Was just waiting for him to touch the grill or the meat slicer. She let him roam around with guests and he took a whole bag off cookies, chips, brownies to the back.. I’m sure the City of Ozark and Health dept would have a hefty fine if they would have been notified.

Ordered two kahuna subs around dinner time, Waited for 40min to finally get the subs. and when i get home what a surprise. Not the two subs i ordered. Been here once in the morning and the food was great. But night crew needs some help. I would recommend having a supervisor stay with your night crew if this is the kinda service your selling.

This place has been nothing short of hot garbage. I LOVE Jersey Mikes, but the quality and care from employees here is trash. I’ve visited this location 3 times and have never been greeted, and they have messed up my order all three times. I was so excited when I heard one was coming to Ozark because it is such good food. I have reached out to Dave (An owner of one of the Springfield locations) about the possibility of purchasing this location because of the terrible service and quality of service. It’s a sandwich shop. It’s not this difficult. Not one of my 3 visits has been correct and I won’t be back. Both Springfield locations are top notch. I encourage everyone to visit them instead.

We were very excited when Jersey Mike’s opened in Ozark, as it has always been one of our favorite sandwich restaurants. Unfortunately, we have consistently had disappointing experiences at this location.

On multiple visits, we have not been greeted upon entering, and there has not appeared to be a staff member readily available to assist customers. Instead, there has been ongoing casual conversation among employees, along with what seemed to be friends visiting and socializing inside the store. This creates an atmosphere that feels unprofessional and inattentive to customers.

Additionally, our orders have frequently been incorrect. While we understand that occasional mistakes can happen, the combination of order errors and a lack of attentiveness makes the experience particularly frustrating.

We hope that additional training and oversight can help improve the level of service at this location, as we would truly like to continue supporting it.

I go in here a couple times a week, the staff is always phenomenal! Great customer service! This team is always upbeat and happy. The food is always great as well. Maybe one day I will try something besides the chipotle cheese steak sub.

Biggest pet peeve of a walk-in customer is to not only not be acknowledged when they’re standing there to order when there’s four people behind the counter, but is to have somebody walk up right in front of the order sign and play on their phone and not acknowledge you. It was so apparent that I went ahead and asked do I need to order here or at the register? And I was told to order where I was at, but it still took a long moment of silence for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Everyone seemed a little too busy to help except for the two that finally stepped in and took my order sliced meat and made my sandwich. Therefore, I still left a tip. I’m starting to come to the conclusion that in the hospitality industry this is just the norm anymore.
