Went in and asked for a quesadilla. They refused to serve them. Not because they are sold out or couldn’t cook them. They mandated that I need to join their online club and digitally place order while staring at these clowns for the privilege to eat a mid quesadilla from a teenager learning to cook? Do they realize how many incredible authentic options are around? El Rodeo is one block away off roxboro and horton. They happily made our quesadillas without hoops and they were incredible. Don’t settle for mediocrity!

A huge shoutout to JASMINE for holding it down yesterday on 5/25/25! She was the ONLY worker on the line making bowls alllll the way, no help. The guy who was on the take out mobile orders was getting it too, both of them were super focused, attentive, PATIENT, and didn’t let the frustration of a crazy busy line stop them from providing amazing customer service. Jasmine girl you deserve a raise/promotion the way you handled that line and got us through!!! My bowl wasn’t rushed or made in a hurry to get me out her face, she took her time and focused on the customers in front of her one at a time! 10/10 experience and to top it off my bowl was made with love!

Review update: Apparently, buying on the mobile app gets you half the amount of food. In-store has been fine but tried ordering on the app today for the first time and it was brutal. Three dishes all half portion. The salad had four leaves of spinach and a sprinkle of lettuce. Bowl with extra meat and veggies slid a little on the car ride home so it was literally half the container. I thought the bag felt lighter than it should when I picked up so I looked to make sure the containers were there. $40+ for half portioned meals at best. Had to knock the review from 5 to 3. Don’t order online.
Staff at this place is great. The servings are good. They don’t slack you on ingredients and then expect $20+ for lunch. Place is clean and has everything you would want for dine in.

I literally just walked in to get a white rice bowl with extra chicken and my toppings. I noticed the customer before me got some mushy rice. I asked the lady if I could have some different white rice because it was MUSY and she told me it was a 30 minute wait on white rice. I know she was lying. There was a LINE of people behind me and I know good and well they all didn’t get brown rice. They was only enough white rice for one more person but I didn’t want them mushy scraps. Got off of work and wanted chipotle but I’ll just go to Moes from now on.

If I could give this place a negative score right now I would. My daughter and I stopped in around 9:30 on a weekday night. There was one customer at the counter and one in line ahead of us. The noone acknowledged us and the workers were cleaning I guess. After about 5 minutes of no communication I asked the person in front of me if she was acknowledged or knew what was happening. She said they were waiting on chicken. I waited about 10 more minutes and stepped up to the counter to ask what was going on. The worker said they were waiting for one of the workers to clean the counter then they would cut the chicken, it would be 15 minutes. I let another 15 minutes go by as I realized the workers were now lollygagging around and it appeared as if they were procrastinating. I stepped back up to the counter and asked how much longer and a worker behind rhe counter says with an attitude “if you would order online it would be faster” in which I replied, that’s not what I asked. We ended up walking out. I really don’t understand what one had to do with the other. Maybe he should find somewhere else to work. I will never step foot in this Chipotle again.

The standards of this location seem to be fairly low. Particularly the drink dispenser which has produced the correct drink with full carbonation and full syrup a maximum of 60% of the time that I have bought a drink. I don’t think it is asking too much to check on the drink fountain occasionally, and it makes me concerned about how clean it is inside. Today, I got regular Coke out of the Diet Coke fountain, which was annoying to me but also potentially dangerous for any diabetics.

Honestly nothing bad to say here. If you get double brisket, guac, and queso, these bowls are FULL. I’ve also previously ordered just a regular chicken bowl and it’s also full.
Service is good and staff give good portions.
Ambiance is fine – tables are a little dirty, but this location keeps their hot sauce section fully stocked.

I went in during my shift cause it’s technically my “lunch break” at 10:20 pm. There was no one there. 4 employees but I waited about 8 minutes while they seemed to decide who was going to help me. Once helped I noticed most of the food was either being thrown or put away but there was still 40 minutes to spare. On top of that the food was not heated at all. All of the pans were lifted up, ready to be put away so nothing was heated on the line. So I paid 11 dollars for cold food. Nothing else was open and I wasted my breaks thanks.

We were there. Food was fine. Not the best but it’s a Chipotle. employees are there, but would rather be anywhere else. Atmosphere is stale and empty. Get your food to go. Dining in is just kinda sad.

Y’all got me messed up! I don’t know why y’all workers think it’s okay to give people less food just because they order it from doordash. Y’all feel the need to not treat our food well just because we aren’t in your faces while u make it. So disrespectful! never again.
