I really enjoy going to the Starbucks in New Rochelle. I usually stop by while waiting for my son to finish basketball practice, and it’s always a great place to relax.
The store is always clean, and the bathroom is extremely clean every single time I visit, which I truly appreciate. The customer service is also consistently great — the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming.
I also love trying different drinks, both hot and cold. This time I ordered a latte, a chai latte, and banana bread, and everything was delicious.
Overall, this Starbucks location is always a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend it!

This Starbucks is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Even though I’ve been a regular customer and have been ordering 30 minutes in advance, it still takes 15 minutes to prepare an order. I’m never in a rush but what did it today is that there’s a new barista which was VERY nice and did a great job, but the only other barista there that was training the new barista was VERY rude to the new barista and to ALL customers including myself. Please consider who you hire. Some people just don’t belong in a customer environment. Again, new barista was fantastic. Hire the other b

Very nice and friendly staff. Store is clean and the restroom very very clean too. I ordered latte with oat milk and falafel pocket and they were so fast. Was too easy to park our car. They have also drive-thru but for me it is more convenient to go to the store and see what they offer.

I am not a coffee consumer however I have been consuming it more consistently. Therefore, I’m not familiar with coffee terms.
When I enter coffee shops, or other Franchises typically team members give me a looks or passive phrases like I’m supposed to know their menu by heart Or be familiar with the coffee world terminology.
However, going here, they don’t make me feel foolish for asking questions and trying to get a good order that will just fill my needs! I’ve only encountered Friendly staff members here.
I’ve only had one issue which is when they fill the ice up so much and you hardly get any liquid; but I think that’s what the Starbucks franchise does anywhere so I always ask for no ice

I’ve ordered from here 2x at the drive thru and both times the coffee has been close to inedible (just brewed coffee). I used the app in the drive thru to save some time and the worker at the window seemed annoyed that I did that instead of ordering with them directly. It’s an option on the app to do so… ♀️ definitely not friendly or helpful either way.

This Starbucks opened up just last week at the former Pizza Hut spot, and I have to say so far, it’s not bad!
I was there on a Tuesday evening around 5pm and the drive thru was empty and only a few people sitting inside. A lot of people that live nearby was saying that once this Starbucks opened that traffic and the quality of life would be worse especially this one having a drive thru, but it seems that it’s not as busy and popular as people were expecting out of this new Starbucks.
The employees are nice, I do like the drive thru and how you can see the barista on the screen live as their taking your order which I don’t think even the drive thru Starbucks at the Bay Plaza Mall have.
The inside is clean and modern, and feels more open and spacious than it actually is. They have free WiFi so you can enjoy a cup of joe while doing homework on your laptop. One thing I find odd is the bathroom situation: there are 2 single use bathrooms (no gender specific) and then they have a large shared sink on the outside of the bathrooms with a large mirror, almost like a hotel or a dorm room situation. Very odd to see that.
One thing I hate about this new Starbucks is the parking lot and the way to get in and out, there are these small yellow medians that have rocks in the middle that makes it hard to enter or exit the parking lot. It’s a tight squeeze but doable. Some people almost kept hitting the Starbucks sign or the curb. It’s honestly poor design and they should really fix this.

I am pretty much upset with this Starbucks . I’ve been a regular here and lately the new staff keeps messing up my order , yesterday they didn’t put caramel in my coffee and they charged me for it and today it’s the cold foam ! Technically I’m loosing money and not getting what I order and I’m top of that the drinks are horrible . Mind you this has been happening in the past month .
