I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year now, and it’s always great service with delicious food and drinks— but today!!!!! Today, Charity (the manager) went above and beyond for us. We ordered a banana, and she was so sweet to throw in this note! We’ll happily wait for these bananas to ripen, and we’ll be back for more coffee super soon.

This is the 3rd Elliano’s location me and hubs have visited. I was at a business trip and hubs came with me. We were craving our favorite Turtle and Tuxedo freezers so we searched if Elliano’s was in the area and luckily they are. We were greeted pleasantly and used the app to scan our rewards QR code. Was given our usual orders and noticed that the whip cream didn’t have the chocolate and caramel drizzle that we’re used to getting at our home store in Orange Park/ Jacksonville FL location on Blanding Blvd. Nevertheless, it doesn’t change the flavor of the actual drink, it’s just a bonus we get at our store but the other 2 locations we’ve visited don’t normally drizzle the whip cream. We will continue to come to Elliano’s as they’re customer service and drinks stay great and consistent. Try them our, you’ll be hooked too!

Decided to try this place since I got a coupon in the mail. Definitely better quality than Starbucks. Their freezers are great because the coffee is blended with ice cream, whereas with a Starbucks frappe, your coffee is diluted with cups and cups of ice, not only giving you less than what you paid for but also diluting the overall flavor. With this drink, instead of crunching through flavorless ice, l get all flavor and richness with no disappointment. Their espresso is also strong both in flavor and its ability to energize. Definitely will be back.

Referencing the North Valdosta Road location. People. I go out of my way to come here. These folks make my freaking day. Not only are they the nicest, most down to Earth people, they are so efficient. They are doing work inside AND outside. I can’t rave about them enough. I get a complicated order and they nail it every single time. If I have the audacity to go somewhere else for convenience, I will regret it. If anyone were to dare say different, come fight me. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for these peeps. 10/10 would recommend.

Usually I am not one to leave negative reviews but this is like the third time I’ve ordered and received the wrong thing. With how long the line is and how slow it is to get through it, I don’t have enough time to go back for a refund/ a fix. I can understand when it’s busy, but this is just careless. Won’t be coming back.

Last week sometime, I tried the Joy Shot for the first time. I’ve had it at least 4 times now. It’s that good! Overall, I’ve found that I enjoy Ellianos coffee beverages better than nearby competitors on the north side. I hope the Ellianos in Remerton (which is much closer to my house) will reopen soon. And I wish someone had told me how good their coffee is sooner.
