Great food, good service. The server remembered my family by name. My stepdad has been going here since it opened, and says it’s his favorite place to eat. I got a French toast with homade fruit topping, of course with the whipped cream. Which dropped off from the nice and hot topping. While my parents got breakfast bowls. These are not normal bowls either. This place beats waffle houses bowls. Made with love.

The service is great, I love drinking coffee with vanilla creamer, they didn’t have that. I don’t remember how she noticed, the waitress brought out her vanilla creamer from the back for me to use, that got this place 5 Stars. Almost ate all of my food, And I do recommend.

Located right next to the Sunoco gas station, it’s a bit hidden, but it has a spacious dining room and parking available. Nothing fancy about this restaurant (as you can kinda guess from its generic name) – old classic diner style. Everything was clean, including the menu. Servers are very attentive and friendly, which makes me want to come back for more. The food was good. I ordered the breakfast special for $9.99, which included two eggs, toast, fries, bacon, and sausage. It was so big that I had to take leftovers home. Huge portion, great value for money.

Everything tasted ok but I ordered liver and onions… I’ve never ordered liver anywhere EVER and was just served only one piece of liver (served on a small plate so I didn’t notice before I started eating) with mostly frenchfies so I was very disappointed with that. That’s not common practice across the US. Especially because my dinner with a drink and tip for one person was 25$. I should have complained but it’s not worth going back anyway.

I was the “poor guy” mentioned in a previous post who had coffee spilled on him.
It was an accident by someone (CUSTOMER-NOT AN EMPLOYEE) who was trying to help clear a table as the staff was short handed.
It only surprised me at the instant it happened.
I am a regular customer and have returned twice since that happened.
The restaurant is great and an asset for Leola.
