Really good food I go there a lot and usually the staff are really nice the First Lady was super kind and respectful though on the other hand the second girl that puts on the toppings and sauces was very rude I seen her roll her eyes while talking to a costumer and she was not paying attention my mom had to repeat herself multiple times before she listened I am very disappointed.

As always, who doesn’t LOVE a sub from Subway. Everything is always fresh. The last time we were there it was a very, very long wait before even placing our order. But it was an extremely eventful weekend, we stayed and waited and were patient. We were exhausted and didn’t want to cook supper either. They seemed to take online orders and work on them in the order they came into their system whether you were standing there in line or not, so that wasn’t very nice when the people ordering online weren’t physically there to get food although they may have been there momentarily. That’s a hard one to dispute which should come first to make it fair! All around still a nice place to eat and to have in town. Very nice and friendly staff.

Had a disappointing experience recently. Ordered online, and when it was time to pick up the order, they weren’t aware of it. The employees couldn’t find any record of the order. They got on the phone and made a call to somebody with more access to the system. They eventually found the order in their system and made the sandwich.
The sandwich that they made…. aren’t they referred to as sandwich artists? I got a loaf of bread with a few things smeared in there and a pinch of meat. Then it appeared to be squeezed shut, twisted a bit, an attempt was made to cut it in half by a 1 inch cut on the bread. Then, it was wrapped and sent on its way. I guess I enjoyed my extra mayo sandwich with a couple of bites of steak. That’s literally what it was, all mayo and barely any meat.
I’m not sure there is much pride in whomever made the sub and their job. I’m not one to complain. In fact, I am editing a previous review from several years ago that was all 5 stars. This sub was so miserably made, and with the order malfunction, I had to update the

Ordered my sub and didn’t get what I wanted… asked for less sriracha and got almost more than I have with a regular amount. I have stomach problems and try to moderate things like this so it wasn’t made to order. Also ordered EXTRA onions and got ZERO onions. No extra lettuce or extra black olives either just the normal amount. When I tried calling the store so we could figure something out they wanted me to bring the sandwich back to scoop the veggies out and remake it as is. When in the hell has that been a thing at any place. I will not be going back to this place and would rather go next town over to get it made the right way. This isn’t the first second or third time my order has been messed up for an online order at this establishment and will not recommend this place to the locals. Go support small businesses instead…

I have been here several times and 50% of the time orders are wrong. If you call in you either get rude experience with the staff or owner Or just the fax number in your ear. I get excuse after excuse why they mess up. There is never a manager on duty later in the day and young kids with attitudes answer the calls. When I asked for them to make it right I get told I need to purchase another sub or call back the next day. If you wait and call the next day no one remembers the issue from the day before.

My daughter and I go in there weekly since it’s one of her favorite places to eat. Matt is there most times we go in and he is by far her favorite employee (which shes told him) that works there. He is great and patient with her while she orders her sub (she’s 4…so it takes a bit sometimes, but there is no pressure on her to hurry up). There is a younger girl (I can’t remember her name) who is great as well!! Those 2 make our experience amazing every time. For them to acknowledge my daughter and let her order for herself is amazing since not all employees do that. When I get the girls name I’ll add it here as both her and Matt deserve a huge shout out!! Thank you both for everything you do!!

I don’t care where you work, if you want to cuss on your own time cool. However it’s unprofessional to cuss to yourself in front of a bunch of customers. Complaining to yourself that the sandwich your making to big. Rushing me because you’re not moving fast enough and the line is getting bigger. If there’s anything I’m complaining about keep your frustration and cussing to yourself. Easy on the sauce as well my goodness

We placed an order for pickup over the app. When we arrived there were three employees working and only one other customer in the store. We overheard the employees discussing they were making the sandwich orders in the wrong order (making the newest orders before the older ones) and ours were not ready yet. The app advertised it was free chip Friday and this one was listed as a participating location. When mentioned to the employee she had no idea what we were talking about. She asked one of her coworkers and they weren’t familiar with it either. They said “well it was last Friday…but we don’t know anything about it.” We didn’t argue any more even though it’s an advertised thing.
When we got home our sandwiches were a sloppy mess.

I identify as a doctor
The majority of workers do not work. They rely on everyone else to do their jobs. Workers are rude especially Chris. She is the worst employee I have ever seen. So grumpy and scoffs at any customer who needs anything. Manager Kelly is always complaining about politics and how other people live their lives. The rudest and dumbest employees to ever work in the same area. They don’t give the appropriate amount of meat most the time I eat there. I get half the meat I’m supposed to. Not eating at this particular subway ever again. Wast of money.
