Place looked clean. Service is slow. I think a new worker but subs were made correctly except dressing was only on top and not inside the sandwiches. I still liked the subs.

When my family and I walked in, there was one lady working, her name was Janice. She did an amazing job with our order and was extremely kind. Shes a very respectful and social person. While she was taking care of our orders, she was also able to talk with us. We had a very pleasant conversation. I just wanted to say she’s awesome at her job.

Terrible. Must’ve been the guy’s first day on the job. He had no idea how to build or wrap a sub and when he grabbed it to put into the bag one half of it flew out onto the counter. It was a mess. I would’ve asked him to make another one but don’t know what would’ve changed. He needs trained or let go.

Did an online order. Showed up and there was nobody behind the counter and my order was not done. Obviously it was not being made. Finally after a couple minutes someone comes around the back. I explained that I made an online order and they tell me that it’s not in their system. So I show them on my phone where it shows the order shows the location and shows that it’s paid for. They tell me they will not start making it because it hasn’t popped up in their system. Subway you can keep my $20. I will never come back here again. I will never go to another Subway

The staff was absolutely the friendliest most courteous that I have ever encountered at Subway, the restaurant was super clean as well, I’ve never encountered such kindness from Subway employees before, they absolutely deserve your support, thank you everyone at this site !!!

Got the day foot long meal deal. Didn’t ring up correct. One worker asked another if it worked on the register. She said she didn’t know. I spoke up and told her it didn’t work. She said something about looking at it later or getting the correct authorization, etc. She then just went on and helped the next customer like it was not a priority. If you are going to advertise a special, you should honor it. I left my receipt on the counter for them hoping they can get it right in the future. I will not be going there in the future.

Went in to order at 1pm. Only 1 style of bread left, they were getting ready to make more. No tomatoes and low in other items. This is poor management because it’s not the first time it has happened. Don’t order on line because you may never get what you ordered. Cannot recommend this Subway for fresh.

This Subway is a dump. Trash laying around, tables not cleaned off. All drinks are out of order. Hardly any bread options because they didn’t make more.. limited toppings.. like seriously.. horrible. I will NOT be returning to this subway location again. This is often the case when I come in here. Clearly this place is falling apart. Oh the bread we did get is stale.. days old I’m guessing. Do better.

If you order online check your sub before you walk out. Someone who works here can’t follow simple instructions. I asked for jalapenos and extra sauce, but didn’t get either.
