This was my first time trying Marco’s Pizza. Good things come to those who wait… I heard their pizza was good, and it did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations. Marco’s emphasizes fresh, never-frozen ingredients, handmade dough, the sauce is from vine-ripened roma-tomatoes. I’m impressed, and will definitley be ordering again.

I ordered a medium pizza with the white sauce, chicken, jalapeños, and their limited time Reaper Cheese and boy was it delicious! The staff was incredibly courteous even after I asked to change something when I ordered already, and my food was received piping hot! I would recommend coming here to all my friends!

Today I ordered a large fiery old world pepperoni pizza over the phone, I was glad to know that the manager warned me that the fiery pizza can be pretty intense on the spicy scale, very glad I was well informed!
When I took a bite out of the pizza it was the perfect level of spicy but also the perfect level of flavorful!
Glad to have employees here that give warnings for some customers that might not be as resilient to spice as me!

I’m absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to over the phone tonight by the manager. My husband made an online order for a small pizza for our 2 year old son. The pizza that was picked up was a fiery flavor. Obviously an error occurred with the ordering process whether it be on my husband’s end or theirs. Either way, I called and politely explained what happened and asked if it was possible to get an exchange. Not once did I feel entitled to a refund because we really don’t know whose fault it was. I was merely calling to ask was it possible to get an exchange as a courtesy. I would have been fine whether the outcome was yes or no. Before I could even finish explaining, the manager cut me off and said ” let this be a warning to you that I will not give you another refund ever again.” I was appalled that he said that, seeing that I NEVER even asked for a refund. This man went on to sigh loudly in my ears, at one point he exclaimed OMG. Another time he told me ” go ahead and talk” and as I’m speaking he cuts me off. I’ve never been so disrespected in such a way before in my life over pizza. I always go to Marcos Pizza but never again. You lost a customer due to poor management behavior. And I will make sure to share this experience with my friends and family. You don’t even deserve the one star I gave you.

This Marco’s is close by and we order frequently, but they always forget to put the garlic sauce on the crust EVERY TIME despite selecting it online. Other locations are more consistent. Otherwise, everything is good but it is really frustrating that they have messed up the order every time unless I open the box at pick up and point it out to them.

I had a quick question as I was about to order through doordash.com. Answered and helped with a minor addition to my pie. The Philly BTW. Ordered. Delivered alot faster than PH, PJ or Domino’s. HOT! Not warm, HOT! Pizza was amazing. Great crust and toppings. I requested a small ammount of white sauce. Perfect ammount. Will order again, no hesitation.
