Been here about 3 or 4 times now and every time I was incredibly disappointed, shame on me for giving it multiple tries. The main guy is nice but very very slow, and the guy who I assume is the manager has a bad attitude. Also found out after eating that they had closed BOTH of their restrooms, which is very odd for a place where people sit down to eat. Just very lazy and clearly they dont care enough to keep basic amenities open. I will not come back to this location, I would recommend almost any subway I’ve been to in town over this location.

This Subway is just alright. I think corporate has forgotten about it. The service could be improved. I’m not looking for fine dining at a subway, but being friendly goes a long way.
If somebody from Subway actually reads this: The employee you had working Wednesday 10/29/25 at 2PM is a jerk. Asked for meal of the day and the guy acted like I was inconveniencing him. Strange experience, prob won’t be back (at least on Wednesdays).

Bad experience. My kids and I waited in line behind two people. There were other two people behind us. Only one person was working that we saw. A second staff came in and then we saw the first staff leave. The second staff told us to leave he was confused with the schedule and he did not know what to do. We understand the short staffed situation that’s why we did not complain and stood there quietly in line. What kind of service or business tells their customers to all leave. We spent 25 minutes in line and got nothing. This was lunch time.. we did not have lunch.

I would like my money back. I was just there, paid cash and did not get my receipt. I ordered a foot long special sandwich and switched out the rotisserie chicken with turkey and added pickles and lettuce. There was a hair in my sandwich matching your employee.

Ordered 4 sandwiches online, only 2 in the bag when I went to pickup, was told I would have to wait for everyone in line to order first. So I did, and checked the two in the bag, wrong meats, waited for them to be remade, and they did the wrong meat again even with the receipt in front of him. Hoping to get my money back:(

Went here tonight because I wanted a cookie. Checked the sign, and the hours on the door, both said they were open, but both doors were locked. This was 8:15PM on a Friday, and the hours said that they were open until 10PM. Very unfortunate.

Not going back again. To much to put in this review. Staff is horrible. Inattentive and arrogant. Menus board down so the solution was a taped menu with small print. The person making the sandwiches coughed 4 times. Took a dirty knife out of one of the food containers then removed what they thought was the affected part and left the rest. Should have left but won’t go back. Also the language between 3 of the employees not suitable for the environment. Enough said. From what I can tell the owner is never there and probably doesn’t read reviews. Maybe they will sell it someone who cares someday.
