This is a mall food court restaurant that serves a few appetizers and some make your own bowls either rice or soup. This was my second visit. I was still a bit unfamiliar with food there and menu. I had a dish with brown rice shrimp and had many add ins like pineapple and cilantro and ginger and quite a few sauces to choose from. For me it was just too many choices. I love very much though their pork dumpling pot stickers which are on appetizer menu. Those are my favorite thing I have ordered at this place. I didn’t get a tray. I had to awkwardly carry my food to a table. I got chop sticks and a spoon. The Dr. Pepper was large but no refills they fill your drink for you. I thought the styrofoam packaging wasteful. I liked the fresh and healthy taste of the food and it was friendly service just hard to understand server and menu. I would eat there again although I find the prices high. It’s a unique dining option at mall and really I love those pork pot stickers a favorite for sure.

Considering it’s a mall food court, this is a nice change of pace over the typical restaurants you’d find. However, there was not nearly enough broth in the soup & they up charge for green onions, which I have never seen at a Ramen place. Way too many mushrooms in the soup as well, to the point they are overwhelming.

3 stars for the variety in a mall food court but if you want legitimate ramen, I would go else where.

I absolutely love Ginza! I have ordered the “Create Your Own Favorite Bowl (3 Scoops Protein)” twice now.
On Tuesday, December 7, 2021 my bowl consisted of Sushi rice, Furikake (Rice Seasoning), Masago, Spicy crab, Mango, Mixed greens, Shrimp (cooked), Eel (cooked), Calamari (cooked), Mango sauce, Cilantro, Sesame seeds, & Tempura flakes. I had a Japanese Soda Ramune for the first time to drink. I loved it!
On Friday, December 10, 2021 my bowl consisted of White rice, Furikake, Masago, Spicy crab, Mixed greens, Shrimp, Eel, Calamari, Japanese citrus, Ponzu sauce, Cilantro, & Sesame seeds. And of course a Japanese soda. This is an amazing meal. I almost couldn’t finish it! I didn’t even know there were places that served sushi and the extras in a bowl. It’s a great idea, it’s healthy, filling, and it only costed me $19.58!

I feel like they were a little skimpy on the protein in my poke bowl but the food is good! My daughter loves her Ramen and boba. The goyza was fresh from the fryer too. I recommend!

I’m unsure why certain reviews on here say that there is lack of choices and lack of taste; the only possible reason I can think of is that they were expecting something different or did not order the right sauces.

In my opinion, the Tonkotsu ramen here is light in fatty base (which could contribute to lighter broth flavor), but end up being healthier overall. There are many choices here, but the only way to enjoy them is by experimenting! I highly suggest trying Ginza.

P.S: Ginza have multiple sauces that must be tried. Eel sauce is a definite “Yes!”

My favourite place to eat in the food court. The staff are always cheerful and will explain what some items are if you’re unsure. The food always tastes as fresh as it can be in the Midwest and Mall Food Court fare.

This was my first time eating here and really enjoyed the food. I had a strawberry milk tea with boba or bubble tea, it was amazing and fun to drink. I would absolutely recommend it. Will we go back yep.

The employee was on his phone not even looking at me very much while i was ordering and wasn’t paying much attention to what i was saying and was much more focused on the call he was on, which didn’t seem in any sort of way work related. I got 2 passion fruit teas with strawberry boba which is the same thing i get everytime (i go there regularly). He gives me two teas with mango boba and I was like oh is this strawberry boba, (i knew it wasn’t, i was just trying to be polite). He grabs them seemly annoyed that he messed up my order? And just dumps strawberry boba on top and says there strawberry and mango boba. Mango boba gives me stomach issues but im not a confrontational person so i just took it and left. I’ve never had a problem here before this and the worker was just rude, overall, it was not a good experience like i’ve had in the past…
