I’m upset cuz I spent $107.00 with this company today 1/14/22 on a seafood boil that I’ve been craving. I specifically asked her can she make sure my corn isn’t soggy (From a past experience from a different restaurant) and is fresh and she told me it’ll be fresh, Just to get a seafood boil with soggy corn and I ordered 4 extra. I love corn and the corn I recieved was so gummy and gross. I truly expected my first experience here to be a good one and it was the opposite. Maybe I have to get my food done-in for it to be fresh cause carry out was not it! Couldn’t even enjoy my food!

This was my first visit to Mad Crab but certainly not the last. The staff was kind, the food was neatly packaged,hot, fresh and very delicious! I ordered the 1/2 lb. snow crab and shrimp with all mixed flavors and it was just right! They have left a lasting impression on my family and I. If you’re looking for the bland-only crab boil, this is NOT for you! Each bag of crab boil is packed with flavorful deliciousness!

Five stars for them. This was my first time eating here. I ordered Lobster, Crab boil and fried catfish and shrimp. We loved the food. Seasoned perfectly! My only suggestion is that you sell the tools to crack and eat the crab. Otherwise, perfect food. Service was decent..

My wife and I decided to get carry-out from here on our anniversary dinner. Glad we decided to try it! The food was filling and tasty! The green mussels, shrimp and snow crab are definitely hit and we will be returning very soon! (*Sorry the photo only shows what was leftover from our wonderful meal, too hungry for the before pics LOL!)

Mmmm mmmm good ! Staff are friendly, the portions are great and the selection is wonderful. The price is definitely reasonable. I get 1/2 pound of shrimp and the 1/2 pound of crab with 2 corn and 1 potato. The CORN is so yummy ! Hubby gets the same. Tried the sausage and eggs as well, the eggs are okay and the sausage they cut in more of a thinner slice compared to the the typical 2 inch or bigger pieces of sausage that’s commonly used. It’s wayyy Better, soaks up all the juices. We’ve only ever had the seasoning that is all of them mixed mild.I took pictures but it’s so delicious I always forget till it’s too late and it is not picture worthy. This was the 3rd time we have eaten here and it is consistent.

The black lady at the counter is very loud, rude and unprofessional. She act likes she owns the place when she is there. I’ve been coming here to almost 2 years and I never have a problem until she is there. Also it takes longer to get your food when the black lady is there. She is nasty. Her nails are long as snakes and the curl. Which is very unsanitary around food.

First off the girl at the counter was rude to my child with b attitude when returning to the tire to ask to buy extra sauce . I then called and the next chic has a attitude and tells me 1st off you’ll never talk to the owner and the manager sing here but ordering on DoorDash we dnt give you extra sauce even with paying for it, that’s only allowed for in store customers. I say ma’am every month we patronize this restaurant and if I order online and they only let me add 1 sauce or no option then I send to pick up extra and this is the first I’m hearing especially since it’s not free, it’s a paid for item you’re rejecting

Disappointed !!! I had read previous reviews. I’d received a flyer over the weekend. I wanted some wings and Calamari. When I question the price of something I was told the prices had changed that I had an old menu. I told him I’d received it over the weekend. The price was different from the flyer. The young man at the desk was very blah if I hadn’t checked my order I would have walked out missing something I specifically asked for Cajun spice on the side. Long story short.The calamari was as chewy as gum with less taste and I actually couldn’t force them down they were that rubbery and dry. The chicken was wing dings,the menu didn’t say either way so I’d assumed I’d get whole wings but didn’t.the young man made it clear the were only wing dings at the restaurant. Nothing I’d go back a second time for. I’d be reluctant to purchase a seafood boil..which is much more expensive . I go elsewhere for those and I know how to make my own anyway. I can cook.
