I ordered eggs over medium on a roll with one slice of cheese and one coffee. $12.25 I received scrambled eggs, and they did not have a roll but they gave me a baguette, that was not baked completely! so my breakfast was not only very expensive, but they could not even get the order right! never again!!! Customer service, not available!

Amazing food! I recommend the breakfast special! nice customer service, a few things to note: there is no seating, so if you want seating, and you want hot bagels, I suggest you go to the hot bagels on second street, (great place as well)
Another small thing: I wasn’t too fond of their pricing for the iced coffee, it was $4.50 for a 12 ounce cup of iced coffee, and they didn’t even have the bubble covers where you can fit another 2 ounces, they had flat covers, so besides for that, place is great, nice and clean, fast service!

ordered 2 bagels and an iced coffee. was told to get the drink 1st. I found frozen and hot coffees. no iced and no help. paid for my 2 so-so bagels. wish I never had gone in there..

I came in and ordered 2 pizza bagels today. When I got home and opened the containers, I found 2 dry bagels with melted cheese. I checked the menu and I saw it specifically says that it’s supposed to have sauce. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. He told me I ordered a pizza bagel so I got a pizza bagel and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service, do not recommend.

Hot Bagels has the best challah in Lakewood—hands down! Their sourdough is fantastic, but the challah is on another level. It’s absolutely amazing! My only complaint is that it’s often in such limited supply, especially by Friday afternoon when it’s usually sold out. If they could bake a little more, they’d probably have a loyal crowd lining up for it every time!

Hot Bagels strikes again—another messed-up order. I specifically asked for regular bread, and they gave me whole wheat instead. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong; it’s like they’re incapable of listening or paying attention. If you enjoy getting the wrong food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid.
