Went through drive through on Monday 9/29/25 and ordered a LARGE 14 with cheese. I noticed the bag was lite, so I pulled out the fries and found the large container less than half full. When I brought it the girls attention, she said, “if you want more, you’ll have to park!” Of course I wanted more, that’s is what I ordered and paid for. I used to come here 1 to 2 times a week and spend around $20 each time . Hey manager, kiss that goodbye. See pictures of this trash.

I love Jack in the Box and was super sad when they started closing them down around town. Happy that this location is still open, even today, 12/24. Alex helped me out and was very polite and friendly. He made ordering easy and I didn’t feel rushed or like he was in a hurry! Please don’t close this location because then idk what I’ll do .

Luis the manager is a rock star! The app was glitching, and the logistics of my order were thrown off. This man went out of his way and stuck his neck out for me so I would be able to enjoy my warm meal! It definitely wasn’t his problem. The app was the problem yet Luis took ownership of the situation and made sure that this customer was beyond satisfied! I appreciate your efforts Luis, furthermore I hope the franchise knows that you are an MVP!!!!

Food was Far from fresh during lunch. This used to be a 5 star rated restaurant but has certainly gone down hill. Just look at the fresh burger i got during lunch. Patty was cold, bun was hard. Cheese was left out so long it was hard and didn’t melt right.( not that it could melt on the cold patty anyways. Look at the cheese curds that developed on my burger. I was on lunch so couldn’t go back to get my money. But lesson learned, I will not be back.
