Our order was missing the fries, so I went inside to let them know. The poor manager (who seems to be working with a bunch of lazy youths) acknowledged this and told the kitchen to make an order of fries. I’m not quite sure of the dialog that happened (as I couldn’t hear the cook in the back of the kitchen), but she had to reiterate 3 times that she needed fries that were missing from a mobile order. Once he gave her the ETA, she told me it would be a 2 minute wait and apologized for the inconvenience. As soon as the fries were ready, she brought them right out to me. Seeing the young kids she has to supervise (and hearing them complain how they’re tired as they lethargically type in orders) makes me feel bad that this young lady is fighting an uphill battle every single day. Because of her professionalism, we will continue to be patrons at this location.

They be shortstaffed, but when you go in there after they just got hit with a rush, it is absolutely disgusting in there. It’s like a bong blown up. They don’t understand. I think that they don’t need to keep pushing cars through to the point where they don’t stop and clean stuff up, the garbage can with piled up a foot and a half overflowing there is ice cream on the ground everywhere there was a bucket of melted ice cream right next to the thing the shake machine that they used to make all of our blizzards and shakes with filthy disgusting and it’s because they got hit with a rush and are shorthanded or not so they’re not cleaning anything up and they’re in a hurry so they’re making a mess and it’s sad. It’s sad to see because those people don’t deserve to have to be so stressed out the one complain about employees I would have is that there’s a manager there that has he opened the window to give me my food was talking to another employee and about somebody saying something and he said some things that he shouldn’t have said in front of a customer, and and with the attitude he had in the tone also on that same visit. I was trying to call to call mine in to make it a little bit easier and I called several times in a row, and they just didn’t answer the phone other than that the kids that work under management the regular employees they do the best they can their great kids, but they don’t deserve to be so stressed out like that. I think a lot of it comes down to. I don’t know if it’s a poor management, but in training, but it’s absolutely disgusting to go in there in a rush like that. I almost wanted to go in the back behind the counter and start cleaning stuff up that’s how bad it was but their food is not bad. The only thing I do buy is a blizzard and I love blizzard. They do a great job making that.

Clean and modern dining area, friendly enough service staff for fast food, and good adherence to the DQ quality standards. But something strange: Although there’s a sign by the door, “Skip the line, order online”, I walked straight to the order counter with no line, and had my meal in just five minutes. But my friends who were with me took the sign’s advice, ordered online, and then waited 20 minutes for their meal, even after repeatedly going to the order counter to inquire about their order. I’d love to give you a five-star rating, DQ Roseburg, but do something about your horrible online order process!

I sometimes go in for dinner since it’s close to my place of residence. The food is always good, however, when bagging the orders, shouldn’t the employees be wearing gloves? I don’t find it sanitary to handle customer’s orders without gloves. I’m sure they all wash their hands thoroughly, but it’s a concern to me. But I still go there anyway.

The food was good , just random time of day to be able to get a sale item, cut off of affordable option is 4p. A new hire was assisting me at the drive up she was lovely & not afraid to ask her fellow coworkers for help if she didn’t know something . I asked if they offered pupcups for, and she asked her manager. Before she rang it in she asked if I was okay with the .49 cent cost . Not only did I leave happy so did my dog.

Manager is great but a couple of the employees tonight were really rude and the guy that worked the cash register wouldn’t even look at me or say anything but the cost. I watched the girl be rude to another customer. Absolutely terrible service. And the blizzard didn’t even look like it was done with quality in mind.

It sucks when you want the brand product because the product itself is good but the staff is constantly the problem… mostly I go to the Sutherlin location. I’ll pick food up before coming back into Roseburg…today I’m in town running errands with my baby. I decide to pull through the empty drive thru for a mocha moolate.
When the cashier hands me my drink I ask her if that’s the correct moolatte because it’s way lighter than usual. She says yep & closes the window.
I taste it- it’s wrong. Aside from it OBVIOUSLY VISUALLY HAVING NO CHOCOLATE it tasted nothing like chocolate….so instead of fixing it at the window I now have to get my sleeping 6month old out of the car & go inside to politely ask for my drink to be remade…the employee who remade my drink was very polite & prompt to want to fix the problem. I appreciate you.

there is a girl working there named Josie and she is so helpful to help me with every part of my order and was very through when I asked her questions and she had great patience. She deserves a raise!! as she is an amazing worker.

The food was good, fast, and delivered to the table for you. The service was great and with a smile. It is of note that there was a homeless population presence hanging inside and outside of the restaurant. Not causing any disruption or problems. Probably just trying to stay warm.
