The food is absolutely amazing. The apps, main menu, and desserts are all new favorites. From handhelds like burgers and chicken to main events like swordfish and buffalo mac&cheese there is something for everyone. The boneless wings and grilled cheese were favorites among the kids. The butterfinger cake is a must try. The vibe was great and the jukebox was fun for the whole family. The servers were friendly and the service was top notch.

We came to Chucks for the first time today and it was such a great experience across the board. From the hostess, to the waitress, to the server, my drink and THE FOOD…10/10! That meatloaf sandwich was (chef’s kiss). Who knew meatloaf would taste soooo good as a sandwich! And to top it all off, the cookie skillet was so delicious. We will DEFINITELY be back again!!!

We had a drug rep who brings us lunch. Our office did individual orders. The burger came without the top bun! Literally everything else was on it except the bread that would have completed it. The boneless wings were ok. A bit chewy. I decided to take my burger home to put with bread to eat as a sandwich but honestly just didn’t eat it. So no review on that, unfortunately.
The fries were very hard and cold. Now with the exception of my food having to travel, I won’t hold that against y’all. My strawberry lemonade was omitted from the order….it literally wasn’t sent.
The chicken sandwich that a coworker ordered, the chicken was very hard. Bacon excessively greasy, and the lettuce was old and bruised being brown in color. And the Mac and cheese…noooo comment.
Perhaps y’all treat dine in customers better because they actually have to wait on their food as opposed to folk who order online and get it delivered. Now is that ok, of course not but looking at the reviews it sure does seem better to come in. So I will…

I’ve ordered from this restaurant 3 times. My first experience was absolutely wonderful. We ordered the fish tacos, a Ceasar side salad, and an order of the shoe string fries. We were blown away by how delicious our food was. On our second visit we ordered the fish tacos again, the chicken fajitas flatbread, a side of brussel sprouts. The flatbread and brussel sprouts were outstanding but my tacos was not like my fist experience and I sent an email with my experience and let me say the GM of this establishment reached out to me immediately and went above and beyond to make us happy. He was professional and very adamant on make our experience a wonderful one. Tony absolutely made it right and then some. Our food from our 3rd visit is better than our first experience and that really says something considering our first was perfect. I highly recommend everyone giving this restaurant a try. I’m positive you will be happy you did. My Husband and I will leave you with these recommendations. Fish tacos 10 out of 10. The fish is cooked perfectly. These are my absolute favorite. The chicken fajita flatbread also a 10 out of 10. Will definitely order that again. I myself didn’t eat the Brussel sprout salad ( brussel sprouts are not my favorite), but my husband loves them. He says the salad was delicious and a nice twist on a traditional salad. He’d definitely order again and suggest giving it s try yourself. We will be back and often.

Our overall experience was wonderful — both the service and food were excellent. I did want to mention one small point of feedback regarding the Happy Hour advertisements on each table. The fine print indicated that the specials applied only to the bar area, but we weren’t offered the option of bar seating upon arrival. Since it’s early in your opening, it might be helpful for staff to clarify that detail when seating guests or to ensure the signage reflects where the promotion applies. Everything else was fantastic!

This restaurant left very little to be desired—and unfortunately, not in a good way. From the moment we were seated, the experience felt off-key and never recovered.
Service was inconsistent at best. Our waitress was rarely around, which meant long stretches waiting for drink refills and basic check-ins. At no point did we feel attended to or welcomed, and it gave the impression that customer experience simply wasn’t a priority. When someone is dining out, especially during early evening hours, attentive service should be a given—not a gamble.
The food itself was underwhelming. Nothing was outright terrible, but nothing stood out either. It all landed squarely in the category of “blah”—forgettable and lacking flavor. One particular disappointment was the shoestring potatoes. These need to be retired immediately. They were unappealing in both texture and taste, and rather than enhancing the dish, they detracted from it entirely. There are far better ways to serve potatoes, and this was not one of them.
Perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was the atmosphere. At 5:00 p.m., the music was so loud that we could barely hear ourselves think, let alone have a conversation. This isn’t a late-night bar crowd—it’s early evening, when people are often trying to relax, talk, and enjoy a meal. Instead, we found ourselves straining to hear each other, which made the entire visit feel stressful rather than enjoyable.
All in all, this restaurant missed the mark on multiple fronts: service, food quality, and ambience. With so many dining options available, it’s hard to justify returning unless significant improvements are made across the board.

The service was amazing. I honestly think it’s a little overstaffed, but that’s just my opinion. The staff was very friendly. I was at the bar and the guy gave me popcorn as a starter. I don’t eat popcorn so I declined it, but the idea of a starter isn’t bad.
I ordered the appetizer combo because I wanted some good boneless wings that tasted similar to Applebees. These were not the same, but they tasted pretty close. They were hot and fresh. I ordered buffalo and garlic parmesan. The buffalo was very good. The garlic parmesan was not bad, but I should’ve done a different flavor.
I also had the cheese curds, I wouldn’t recommend them. I am not sure if it was just mine, but they were cold, and didn’t taste good.
I am going again next week, and I will try the boneless wings again, but this time with three flavors (not garlic parmesan), and see which ones I like the best.

A couple of friends and myself decided to try Chucks for the first time yesterday (Friday) we all had your smash burger and it was the best I’ve had in a long long time. We were seated in the room to the left of the entrance. It was perfect to have a conversation with friends. The service was on spot. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the table and floor around us. Very impressive. Keep it up. My beer came out cold with a glass just out of the fridge or freezer. One and only one criticism is the shoestring fries is to replace them with regular cut fries and enjoy the potato flavor and not just the crunchy texture of the fries served. We all commented that we would definitely come back as one of our rotating places for lunch. Can’t wait to try other menu items. We’ll be back soon!!! Next time I’ll take a pic and add it.
