Last month I ordered two pizzas through a buy one, get one free deal on Uber Eats. The offers only applied to either cheese pizzas or pepperoni pizzas. I chose the pepperoni. The pizzas sent to me were cheese despite having pepperoni on the receipt and my name so I know it wasn’t the drivers fault for picking up a wrong order. It was the stores.
Yesterday, I saw the deal was active again and I tried to make another order for two pepperonis. I figured the same thing couldn’t possibly happen twice. I was wrong. Literally the exact same thing occurred.
This is either malicious behavior or plain stupidity from this location but I’ll never order a damn thing from them again.

Never go to this papa John’s, I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with garlic stuffed crust. They gave me a cheese pizza. I told them they messed up the order and they said they wouldn’t remake it. Literally would of took them like 10 minutes to do so because no one was in the store. Instead the man says “I had a long day , sorry about the mess up”.

Just ordered a pizza. And what a horrible service! NEVER AGAIN!
First of all I order a Garlic Crush pizza and received another type of pizza that I’m allergic to and secondly who sells a pizza without cutting it in slices. It’s a non cut whole pizza. Omg how I’m I supposed to cut it.
I spend $27 including tip for a pizza that I didn’t order. That I’m allergic to. And calling them they are saying it’s not their fault it’s customer service, so when they have a call center THATS NOT IN THE USA when I called the number on this location and when customer service makes mistake they wash their hands and doesn’t wanna help. And be rude with their customers. All calls supposed to be recorded so yall can see I told the agent what I wanted.
Now they are saying they don’t have any Garlic Crust, why I wasn’t told that on the call, they just choose any pizza for me to make a sale. It’s not fair, the only reason why I ordered with papa John is because of the garlic crush other wise I was gonna eat something else. Now I can’t eat the pizza and I’ve lost $27. I told yall come back for this pizza because we can’t eat it.
Very poor service! No leadership when it comes to solving mistake that yall make.

Flavorless garbage. If you want an actual pizza with flavor, go to milanos on Cleary. I haven’t been to a papa johns in years but today I made the mistake of trying them again. It’s literal bread with cheap, NOT fresh toppings. The sauce is terrible. The cheese was burned with zero flavor. Fresh Mozzarella is suppose to have a smokey salty flavor. This is just processed garbage. I’m ashamed that I spent money here. Terrible!!!!

Walked in to order, the guy behind the counter came up and asked how he could help me. When I started i wanted to order, he walked away and said he would be back in 5 minutes. I went out and ordered on line and new york style pizza. No sauce and tasted horrible.

Ordered the New Yorker pizza yesterday, and it’s a regular large pizza. I am very disappointed, misleading with the size I should have went with my first choice and got the other pizza place New Yorker pizza. If this is a new Yorker slice I hate to see the size of a large pizza now

If you order late be aware your food will arrive from Doordash ice cold if you order it within 30 mins to close. Was 11:25 when I placed my order. The driver got to me at 11:57 my food was ice cold by the time they dropped it off.

Ordered large cheddar crust pizza. It was delivered by door dash. It was undercooked with way to much sauce. There were no pepperonis like I ordered. Worst pizza I’ve gotten from them.
