The food is really mediocre. Nearly 3-4 items we planned on having were not available (Rava onion dosa, Limca, lemonade and coffee) it’s interesting how you list coffee under the ‘beverages’ section in your physical menu and our server stated that they don’t have coffee anymore. Consider updating your menu if that’s the case.
I requested for garlic naan, and chili garlic naan while the naan was soft enough your toppings for both were really underwhelming. The schezwan fried rice, was generous and good. Chettinad chicken, was sweet. The chicken pepper fry, could have been a little more flavorful.
They have a large seating area, but barely any staff to cover them. Additionally, it’s good to keep your restrooms clean, w. reference to women’s bathroom, probably look at your vent and ceiling we haven’t seen such a filthy musty restroom before.

DO NOT order from this restaurant. I ordered two family pack chicken biryanis worth 80$ from here and both of them were spoiled. I reached out many people multiple times for refund but no-one ever responded. Why can’t you donate the extra food instead of storing it for days and serving spoiled food to customers?

Food was great! However, when I placed the order for pick up, it said it would be ready by 5:33pm ET. It is now 6:03pm ET, the food is still not ready.
Also had trouble finding it. Outside the building, there were no signs indicating the pick up point was Paradise Biryani. Turned out this was a dedicated pickup spot, not a restaurant.
There are minimal instructions when you order, so I had to figure this out on my own, and call a number to be served.

The worst ever food I tasted. We recently catered through them in our non profit organization in Solon OH. The dishes, mooglai chicken was the worst. They made it like they just want to make money and totally compromise the taste and quality. We also has mutton biriyani and chicken-65, both of them are low graded in terms of taste and quality. Rahul please look into this, your catered food are worst.

Ordered SPICY chicken fried rice, To-go which was made with zero spices and no flavor at all. That was fine but after I finish half I was shocked to see the amount of extra oil was in it. Here’s a simple picture to know how much oil is in it.

This place is offering nice foods. Here I ordered a chicken manchurian, Vijayawada chicken Briyani and Hyderabadi chicken all of them were sooooo goooood! He also offered gulab Jamun with the briyani they were like yummm! It’s a must try place to visit. Currently they are offering only take out but it’s worth buying. And the quantity of the foods were also more than sufficient amount.
