Get in the car and drive to Butter Sugar Flower now! This place is exceptional. I always want to buy one of everything when I’m here but my stomach tells me no sir! Every specialty cinnamon roll or treat is unique with all of the right ingredients! You can feel the love that goes into everything they make from the first bite, or sip if you get a drink! It’s easy to drive by on 135 in Trafalgar UNTIL you stop in for the 1st time and realize what you’ve been missing. Check the hours and GO THERE NOW(well when they are open). You’re welcome! Try not to drool over your phone or keyboard while you look at the picture I provided.

Kristyna and her staff always make you feel like family and they are one of our favorite things about Saturday mornings! Also, make sure you get your hands on one of those new flavors of cinnamon rolls….100/10.

As I was traveling to Brown County to visit my parents for breakfast I decided to take advantage of the early hour and stop in for an iced coffee. I had seen a Sweet and Salty Blonde advertised on their Facebook page so that is what I ordered. I also selected a Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish for my wife, and a Pecan Sticky Bun for my dad.
The Sweet and Salty Blonde was incredible. It was buttery smooth, rich, and the perfect combination of sweet and salty. It was cold, creamy, and layered. I don’t know what magical ingredients or process they use, but they shouldn’t ever change it. It’s my new #1 favorite iced coffee.
My dad was kind enough to share a bite of his Pecan Sticky Bun. It too was amazing. Moist, nutty, and plenty of caramel to amp up the sweetness.
My wife— who is picky with pastries— described the Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish as excellent, noting it was clearly freshly made. That was four hours after I bought it.
Inside the simple white building the cafe is warm and cozy. There is a small area for lounging, and another for eating or working. Outside they have ample parking, outdoor seating, and a drive thru. ️
I was so impressed with my iced coffee that I stopped again on my way back to Indy, getting one for my wife. I used the drive thru and was gone in just a few minutes. ⏱️
Don’t make my mistake. Don’t wait to try the coffee and pastries at Butter Sugar Flour. If coffee is your thing I’d encourage you to make a special trip just to try it. It’s that good. ☕️

Always a great experience with delicious baked goods and coffee! The lotus drinks are also a favorite. Enjoy the option of having a drive through especially if the little one is sleeping. Enjoyed the new tiramisu latte today.

What an absolute treasure of a coffee shop! Right next a great hotdog place, this spot is everything you want in a small-town gem. The coffee is amazing—perfectly brewed, rich, and exactly what you need to start your day right (their coffee got me through some intense work days).
Their baked goods are insanely good—you can tell immediately they’re handmade with real care. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and felt like something out of a home kitchen in the best way possible.
One of my favorite things is how they sell local items (the tot pictured here modeled by my wife).
And I have to mention how wonderful the staff were. They went above and beyond to help me pick out a birthday gift for my wife. They were so patient and genuinely kind about it—it really made my day.

This place is adorable! Love the decor and ambiance, and the pastries are absolutely incredible. Tried one of their iced cinnamon buns and the custard fruit Danish – both were super tasty! Also had an oat chai latte which was really good! Highly recommend!

Just found this little coffee shop a few weeks ago. We go there every Saturday for blueberry muffins or banana bread and couple cups of coffee. Even got my in-laws going there.
