Very clean. Very helpful cashier who helped me make lots substitutions for sides to appease a large party. She even helped me get 50% off via a deal in the DQ App and saved me $17!

One Winged Angel Sephiroth
22 minutes for a hot dog and small sundae. I was given the sundae after 8 minutes, so it was mostly melted by the time I got the hot dog and ate it. The worthless manager was in the corner on her iPad instead of helping the staff get caught up. It wasn’t really even that busy with one new customer coming in every 2 minutes or so. The cashier told the cook “I need a hot dog.” Every five minutes and she kept saying “I’m working on it.” when in fact, she was not working on it. 3 workers and 1 manager could not handle a slow stream of customers which is absolutely pathetic.

We stopped at this Dairy Queen for a quick ice cream break, and it was exactly what we expected! The service was fast, and it was an easy in-and-out stop—perfect for a road trip. The ice cream was just as delicious as always, and we had no complaints. A solid choice for a quick treat on the go!

Stopped by from a road trip for a bite. The staff was very kind and friendly. Food was freshly made, so there was a little wait. They did forget my queso for the pretzel sticks but quickly brought it to me once they did.

This location is spacious and has both a Subway and a Dairy Queen. We placed an order at the Dairy Queen and the staff was extremely friendly. The restrooms have several toilets and were very well-maintained. The interior of the establishment is bright, clean, and comfortable to spend time in.

Didn’t do military discount like every other Dairy Queen. The cheese curds were so bad from old oil that I couldn’t even eat them. A little bit of fries for the 4 chicken strip basket. The pop needs more flavor because it’s bland. The floor is so dirty. The gravy was watery and bland. The ranch taste horrible. The condiments and drink stand is dirty from spills. I love Dairy Queen and stop just about anytime I can but this one taste horrible and is really dirty!

Tall female behind the counter looks less than thrilled to be there. Never got a thank you or enjoy your food, no how can I help you, nothing friendly. The food is mediocre at best, onion rings were overcooked, chicken was so heavily breaded I had trouble finding the chicken, bread was toasted on one side only and barely toasted at that, so overwhelmed with butter that one can’t even taste the bread…

During my journey on the Kansas Turnpike, I made a stop at this particular location. Unfortunately, I experienced a few issues during my visit. Firstly, the drive-through was closed without any prior indication, which led to me waiting for someone to respond. Secondly, upon entering the establishment, I noticed a note taped on the cash register that stated they only accept card payments. There was no other sign or notification that they were not accepting cash. Lastly, the Freestyle machine was out of 75% of the flavors, and both the seating area and trash receptacles were dirty and overflowing.
