Visited this Jersey Mike for the 1st time yesterday after ordering on the app. I got the turkey sub and the Big Kahuna philly cheesesteak. The turkey sub was a little salty in my opinion but the cheesesteak was pretty good. The order was ready when I walked and I was greeted with a smile. I’ll return to this Jersey Mike’s in the near future.

We have been ordering from this location after receiving the mailer with discount codes… we almost let the Google reviews scare us off, but we tried it for ourselves and our experience was great!! It’s usually better for a new place to be open for a while and have time to work out the issues before claiming to never return. This location was amazing. The bread was nice and soft and fresh, unlike the Killian Rd location. Every sub we have ordered was delicious and the employees are very hospitable and nice with every interaction. I only gave 4 stars because we didn’t order in store, we ordered online and picked up, so we weren’t there long. Hope to see this location continue to get even better and their reviews to start reflecting the improvements. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Well just be aware that even when you place a pick up order your order will not be on time. I waited an extra 15 min after my order was supposed to be ready and watched as people got in line after I got there receive their food. Poor customer service and attitude from “employees” I’ll stick to the killian rd location next time. Between handing me the sandwich and the walk to the car, bread was soggy from the amount of oil-lettuce so thick that I could have made 2 more sandwiches-no flavor-no vinegar-3 onions rings. Keep in mind my only modification was no tomatoes.

Ordered number 56. On half I wanted no peppers and add tomatoes to that side. She said she would have to charge me for 2 seperate subs instead of the giant since the whole thing is not made the same. If you go to the jersey Mike’s websight it clearly says they encourage people to order the giant and customize each half for couples its meant for 2. But instead she said no and wanted me to pay a whole lot more for same amount of food. So I said no thanks and went to sandhills jersey Mike’s and I had no problems.
