Ordered 2 XL New York Style Pizzas, Italian Sausage and Extra Cheese, and Garlic Knots online. My confirmation email was correct. Everything was ready at designated time. Labels on the boxes were also correct. I opened when home and my cheese pizza had Pepperoni on it. I called and told them I would return the incorrect pizza for the right one. They offered to give me a free pizza with my next order. I explained that wouldn’t work cuz I don’t eat meat and therefore have no dinner. After a bit of back and forth they said they’d remake the pizza and to keep the mistake. Picked up new one, hot and fresh. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, would have been nice.
New York Style was great by the way. The whole family enjoyed it.

If you don’t want to put the extras I paid for in the box, don’t charge me for them.
Also, don’t get an attitude and start throwing things around when I ask for the extras I paid for to be added to the order.
Hire more people so the few you have aren’t so frustrated. Expect the volume to drop at your location if this is how you act.

Ordered a medium pizza and bread sticks. No problem right wrong. Watching the Papa Tracker the delivery driver driver literally right by my house to deliver and waste 30 minutes delivering another pizza before getting mine delivered absolutely ridiculous way to route your stops. Won’t recommend

The Friday after Christmas I ordered 82.00 worth of pizza to be delivered for our family Christmas party. We all had COVID over Christmas, so this was the first chance we had to get together. The pizza came, none of the order was correct. I called, got nothing. I sent a text, didn’t get offered a refund, for someone to bring out more pizza, not even an apology. I can’t believe it. It’s not easy for me to come up with that kind of money. It wasn’t even anything we liked, so we didn’t even just “make due” and eat it anyway. It was a horrible experience.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, drove out to get it, opened it at my house- received a regular crust pizza. That was annoying enough, but the thing was aloppily thrown together, not even fully cut all the way.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One well done, the other regular. Used the app, which tells you when the pizza is ready for pickup. Showed up to one pizza being done, fortunately it was well done one, right? So they made the other pizza and threw it in the oven and had me wait while my well done pizza got cold. Sure. No offer of apologies at this point. About 8 minutes goes by, I get my 2 pizzas and leave. Got home and prepared to eat my pizzas only to find that the “well done” pizza, was not well done, but completely under cooked. They are bringing me a new pizza, but , this one was special
