Great food. Had Double papa burger. Best fries around. Food was hot. And The Rootbeer is the best. So much better than the A&W in Roseville. I gave Roseville A&W a 2 but Roseville a 5.

Showed up to the drive thru at 11:45pm when the closing time is 12:00am. Someone answered the speaker and asked for my order, but then never responded afterwards. Went to the window and saw nobody inside although all the lights were on and all the signs said open. I tried going through again, and they asked for my order again but then didn’t respond again. I tried one more time and they did it again. All I wanted was some root beer and chicken strips. Even the door said the store hours were until 12:00am, and again like I said the lights were on and the open sigh was lit up

My here was definitely mediocre the lady in the drive threw Daisy,C was nice and took my order but the new Burger Combo with Jalapeños and Spicy sauce and Onion rings they weren’t ready so I had to wait in the “Your order isn’t ready yet” parking spaces.. Guy brings out my order it’s a box of semi under cooked onion rings, and the burger.
Well I looked at the “You gonna wanna try this!” Photo and it shows Spicy sauce to dip the onion rings in and even says it on the receipt but there isn’t any served with the combo and it’s very clear in the photo..
Guy #2 comes to the door because the Lobby is closed and says it doesn’t come with it but I say look at the photo.. he really didn’t care.
Well let’s just say this will be another situation where good money spent doesn’t get meet with the photo displayed.
Thank you Daisy for doing your part but the other crew members sorry you get a fail, no sauce or napkins with my order..

On our way to a Cindy Lauper tonight we decided to go old school and stopped by this A&W for dinner and Root Beer. We go to the counter and the first thing were asked even before asking about our order, was do you guys always dress alike. (We weren’t) My husband at that point said that we were married and shared clothes so maybe that’s why the sameness. Then the shorter heavy set girl started laughing, then said nevermind , then followed that with I don’t think you would want to hear it. Not cool @A&W, #A&W

I’ve loved A&W for over 60 years. I especially love that they STILL make their rootbeer on-site with real sugar. My husband and I love going there for the Tuesday for the $5 Papa burger meal deal.

We got there at 10pm and wanted 4 root beer floats. A&W RB Floats are the best!! We were very much looking forward to them. The kid at the drive thru said “we stop serving ice cream at 9:30 now.” He didnt say anything else What? In the summer time?? Never been impressed with the drive thru workers here anyway or the food for that matter! But the floats are soooo good. I have a feeling it’s not true, the kid didn’t want to deal with it or something..

Anyone that reads my reviews know that one of my OCD things is clearly how clean a restaurant is. So this A&W restaurant is very clean. The staff is extremely warm and friendly and very attentive to their customers. My Uncle and Aunt take my Mom and myself for the Papa burger special every Tuesday. They know the exact. Anyway we really enjoy our lunch get together every Tuesday. If you decide to come for one of their Papa Burger Specials I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Can’t miss us so be sure to say hi!

The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. She had a great smile and was very helpful. Being I was not there to have lunch but meirly a coincidence my car was over heating and I had to stop in to ask for water in order to get me on my way.

Food is usually good and made fresh. It’s nice to be able to get food from both KFC and A&W at the same time. The line is usually short (much shorter than taco bell which is in the same parking lot). The only unfortunate thing is that there is no changing table in the bathroom to change your baby’s diaper. Also, the booths in the A&W side could use a detailed scrub as well.
