They have really declined and the women up front is the absolute worst in regards to customer service. I never complain but when I spent 20 buck today on egg foo young, burnt egg roll, and drinks. absolutely no favor,and full of grease I decided to let them know. She got defensive and literally said that it’s not supposed to have flavor. What???lady..if you have to add salt to msg ridden food that’s a hug problem. I will never return. And to be honest I feel like leaving the whole dish on their steps.

The teriyaki chicken did not taste like teriyaki but rather a burnt soy sauce. The spare ribs were rubbery. The wonton soup came cold and extremely salty. Sorry…not good.

Amazing Chinese take out, I recommend the chicken sticks, lo mein, general tso chicken, pork rolls, wonton soup, basically you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Super fast delivery too. Best Chinese food in Caldwell.

Very grateful for this place. So glad I spent the extra couple minutes to compare menus/reviews and landed here rather than the other closer options. The food was fresh, hot, tasty and it was prepared quickly. Friendly service but have some patience and grace as English is not their first language.
My boyfriend and I were exhausted, stressed, and hungry (I.e. desperate) during the tail end of a 5hr drive at Sunday night in the middle of rain/flooding and this place single handedly turned our miserable night around. Will definitely be back whenever we’re in the area again!

Hands down the best Chinese food you will find in the area. For a local Chinese takeout place, the quality of food is excellent and the prices are fair for what you’re getting. They always get the order correct and we’ve never had one complaint. I drive 15 minutes and pass about three other takeout places because this one is just the best. I recommend their sesame chicken and crab Rangoon, never disappoints!

I Ordered $75 worth of food, she did not ask for house number, I assumed that they had my contract info because they have been here many many times before. After 20 minutes I received a call asking what house number, and then proceeded to tell me that the driver is new and that I should come to the main office to get my order. I said no, and told her where he should deliver to, that I’m not coming to the main office to pickup. She told me that this is not her concern that I should come to the main office… she was rude and I will order from another business moving forward.

We’ve been going here for years and never had an issue. My boyfriend went to pick up food recently and didn’t realize it was prepaid. He paid when he got there and they said they’d refund his payment. They did not, and when he disputed it with his credit card company they said it was a false claim and would not remove the charge. We won’t be going back.

We recently moved to West Caldwell, and were looking for a take out place the first day we moved in. We chanced upon this place, and were blown away by the awesome food (which came at an unbeatable price). The place was neat and tidy, including the kitchen area. The people behind the counter and kitchen were following Covid19 protocol, which gave us peace of mind. We’ll be coming here again for sure 🙂
