I went there today purchased 1 lb of ham 1 lb of Turkey unfortunately when I got home the ham was cut into little slices. Very very dissatisfied as before when I’ve got ham or turkey from there you normally get a full piece of ham or turkey not sandwich size. Very disappointed. Get off your phone clean up the place. And definitely definitely give people what they order.

This place closed up today @ 5:15 PM on the door it’s close @ 6:00 PM this doesn’t make sense to me why have a scheduled if the employees not using it as I was leaving other vehicle was coming in but lights out and a lady behind the counter flipping her hair a little man standing there doing nothing.

What a hidden gem this place is. For years I just thought it sold hams and such for holidays and big occasions. I was driving by and saw cafe in the name and I stopped in and got a sandwich and side and meal. Now I’ve come back several times for lunch. The staff is so friendly and nice and the service is great. The food is WONDERFUL! I’ve gotten the tavern sandwich and chips and a turkey sandwich and the potato salad and a ham and turkey sandwich with the broccoli side and a salad another day. All were very good! The sweet tea is brewed and is delightful not that nasty fountain kind. Stop in and give them a try you will not be sorry you did! YUMMO

Between the outstanding food and exceptional service, this place has earned a spot on our list of must-visit restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Literally just got done eating one of the best ham sandwiches I’ve ever had. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was almost spotless; it also smelled like that fresh baked, sweet ham smell that I loved, reminded me of Xmas dinner at my grandmother’s house.

We visited this location yesterday and purchased three different kinds of sandwiches – a chicken salad on croissant, a ham on rye and a club turkey. We were SO DISAPPOINTED. All sandwiches were very dry and you could barely taste the meat. It cost a lot of money to eat disappointing sandwiches.
