One word, WOW! It’s an experience not just a restaraunt with good drinks. Our first time here and we are going back. Our server was incredible, the drinks were on point. My husband said it as like drinking in an upscale bar in New York. The food was perfection. Soo fresh and next level. We left feeling like we just had a 5 star experience , which we did! Keep doing what you are doing and we can’t wait to see you again!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and cocktails and sat at the bar. The drinks were outstanding—I love that they truly understand mixology and create cocktails that are both creative and enjoyable. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip served with homemade bread… one word: delicious.

For dinner, they offer shareable plates. The menu isn’t large, but every dish is executed perfectly. The Brussels sprouts are an absolute must—I would return just for those alone. That said, all of the food was incredible.

The staff and owners make you feel like family. Don’t miss out on this gem!!

I love this place. The food is top notch, the portion sizes are very good. The atmosphere feels like you are hanging out with your friends, having good cocktails and tasty food. They have card games you can bring to your table. The decor is fashionably modern while not being pretentious and its obvious by the menu, that the owners care alot. Definitely recommend this place.

I cannot believe we have this brand new restaurant in Mishawaka! The food was so delicious and very well prepared. My group and I tried several dishes that were masterfully crafted and flavorful and left us wanting more.

Don’t even get me started on cocktails. The bartenders are so good about explaining spirits, taste profiles while maintaining integrity to the classic cocktails. Service was amazing. Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and excited to sell the products they offer. Very cool spot and so happy to have this near home.

I booked a ticket for a drag brunch and upon arrival was told seats were assigned. Since I bought my ticket separately from my party, I was not going to sit solo so I left. I was charged $50 for a no show..which upon check out the website stated “no shows will be charged $30”

I called the restaurant to get this resolved and was told I booked 2 tickets.. which I didnt as I saw the $15 cover fee and $30 if I no showed. I was simply asking for the $20 refund for the “2nd ticket” and was told “Ill write this down and call you later tonight”

That time has long passed and I have yet to receive a call.
Unfortunate as if it was worked out professionally I would have likely returned for another event.

Our first experience on New Years Eve was fabulous! My son ordered the chicken and gnocchi, husband had braised short ribs and I had mushroom ragout. All were absolutely delicious. Started with hot crab dip w toasted points and it was out of this world! We split the fried zucchini muffin dessert, and again it was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive. We had a little wait on the appetizer and because of that she gave us coupons for $5 off our next visit. I’ve found my new favorite restaurant! Next time I’m taking my girlfriends!! Highly recommend this spot!

LaRae is one of the best mixologists I’ve come across recently. Her friendly and knowledgeable staff are great every time I’m in. The menu is fresh and rotates often to keep up with locally sourced products. Chef Michael keeps you guessing what might be special on the menu next time! Thank you thank you. Support local!

We visited Craft One Half for my birthday dinner after a good friend highly recommended it, and while we wanted to love it, our experience fell short.

We always try to support local businesses and were hoping this would exceed expectations, but the reality was mixed. The atmosphere was very loud, and we had to raise our voices just to carry on a conversation, which made it feel far from an elevated dining experience. Drinks were average, and the menu felt both limited and overpriced.

The standout of the night was the chicken fried chicken, which I would recommend if you go, though I’m not sure it justifies the cost. Surprisingly, one of the small plates ended up being the second-best dish at our table, with a portion size nearly the same as the entrées at about a third of the price. Unfortunately, the other entrées were underwhelming and didn’t feel worth what we paid.

The main reason I’m even leaving this review is because I see a lot of five-star reviews, and I wonder if people hesitate to leave honest feedback since this is a local business. We really do want Craft One Half to succeed, especially since we’ve seen several restaurants open around the area that struggle to last. My hope is that by sharing some constructive feedback, the restaurant might reflect on how it defines a fine dining experience and make adjustments that help it live up to the hype.

First impressions matter, and for us, this one was just average. That said, we may give it another try for cocktails and a couple of small plates to see if it grows on us.

Food was delicious. Prices are definitely higher. We had an entree, three drinks and dessert and it was over $100. I had the seafood special which was market price and was pan seared Walleye with mussels and pasta for $40. My bf had the wild mushroom Ragout. It is 21 and over so no kids allowed!!!
