I love stopping here on my way to work. I only gave 4 stars because the sandwich order is often wrong, but the people are SO nice and my drink order is always perfect. This is a VERY busy location and I never hold it against the crew who always maintain a friendly demeanor. A little kindness goes a long way!

While waiting for my coffee, I watched one of the employees use her dirty finger to flick the whipped cream off the top of a customers ice coffee order when she realized they didn’t order whipped cream. She then just mixed the coffee up and it was given to a customer at the drive through window.

My family goes to this dunkin’s every week and her personality never changes. She constantly sighs and rolls her eyes, no “thankyou” or “have a good day”. If you’re not a morning person or just a kind person in general, don’t work at a coffee+donut place.

BY FAR, THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Not worth the one star I’m forced to give it to leave an honest review. Waited in the drive thru line after ordering 3 iced coffees for about 10 minutes behind one car while that gentleman waited for just 4 drinks. After finally getting to the window everyone working the drive thru seemed to suddenly disappear. Waited another 5 minutes before the manager (I believe), came walking Nonchalantly over talking on the phone and just stood inside the drive thru talking. Waited another 5 minutes watching her talk on the phone, never even acknowledging us, before driving off. This was after 2 customers behind us drove off as well. This wasn’t the first time I experienced this at this location. This is by far, the worst run Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen.

Ordered a hot latte which was served in a hot cup. A few miles down the road I went to take my first sip and it was ice cold! Did I get one that was left out? Did someone forget to steam the milk? This is a basic step in making a latte so I’m baffled as to how this even happens. I’m never in that area so I won’t be able to get a new drink or refund. Highly disappointed.
