This place is simply the best! The friendliness of the staff is unmatched! They always seem to go above and beyond every single time! I don’t think I have ever been to this location and had a bad experience! Everybody has off days, but these guys just seem to get it every time! I mean, they were open on Christmas Day and everyone was just happy go lucky today. They are open on New Year’s Day and it’s the same thing everybody there is just happy to go. Lucky make you feel good for even stopping there! We will always go to this location. Today the person that helped us was.Kylin She was awesome, smiling just honestly seemed happy to be at work, which is very unusual, especially for this day and age. And the other little blind hit a girl that was making our drinks and food too. This morning was just happy to be at work. it seems like and that’s incredible to see as a customer. Great job guys keep up the good work everyone at the store that I’ve encountered in the morning shift has been incredible and all of you Deserve some type of kudos and to be recognized.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese but received a bagel with cream cheese. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and it looks like it was sitting there for 3 days. Ordered hashbrowns and they were ice cold.

Amber was the one who gave me my drinks. I had a couple questions and she was so sweet to be patient and answer them. Not to mention, I think it took less than a minute from ordering to getting my coffee. And there were at least 4 other cars ahead of me. Can’t wait to stop by again soon!

Purchased 3 coffees for the 3 of us at a table this morning and was in the middle of a business meeting and we were told to leave that the boss “Tim” was watching us on camera and said we had been there too long. No one else in the place just us 3 professional customers having a quiet meeting. Do not go to Dunkin to have a coffee meeting. Starbucks is right across the street and has happily hosted me for countless meetings many days.

Honestly this place cracks me up. You never know what you’re going to get I ordered a small pumpkin latte without whip and a pumpkin doughnut and got a medium latte with all the fixings and a chocolate glazed donut with like 10 munchkins! I honestly can’t be mad they are so understaffed. They are trying their best. It’s still good coffee and the doughnuts are delicious ♀️

There is a Pot hole big enough to sink your car in! When you order, you have to keep repeating your order over and over again! Supposedly, the employees can’t hear you. I hear them fine, especially the 3rd time they repeat my order back WRONG. IT WAS ONLY A COFFEE!!!!!

Ordered a donut and an apple fritter. After the girl at the window told me that the apple fritter had raspberry filling, I was really excited about trying it. They gave me the donut I asked for, but just a regular glazed donut in place of the apple fritter, and the donuts were only so-so. I only opened the bag when I was almost home. I don’t understand the negative reviews, I’ve been patronizing this location for over a year and have never had a single issue that wasn’t my fault, I scheduled my order at the wrong store a couple times. The employees are super nice and I always receive exactly what I ordered. Absolutely no complaints with this location.
