Service was slow and I had a mobile order.I had to wait at the counter so the worked would realize she was at work and stop talking with other worker. It had been 22 minutes. The worker then asked me about the promo code I used since I assume they didn’t want to honor it but I had already paid online at Subway com which is where the promo code was located. To top it off, the sandwich barely had anything on it. I will stick to the one in Brownsburg.

Very rude staff. Very stingy with napkins. Hardly spoke any English. Sandwich was not the best. Was ripped off on the meat for sure. These women need to pay attention to the customers not there personal lives. One woman was making 3 boxes of cookies to take home for a family get together and told her friend the restaurant wouldn’t miss them. So I guess she didn’t pay. Funny thing is they ask for a tip on the credit card machine. Are you serious? A tip for what.

If you want subway keep driving to a different location. Service is worthless. The workers are so stingy I asked for olive and the lady literally put one olive every inch. (I know there’s an egg shortage; but give me a break – theses are veggies) will never return, would give zero stars if I could.

Places literally falling apart you got roof tiles about to fall on top of people’s heads and doesn’t except subway coupons. It’s like it’s not a real subway. Don’t come here smh.

Terrible service the girl at the counter was absolutely rude. Soda fountain was so sticky I didn’t even want to drink anything from it and there were some ants crawling out from the trash hole onto the counter. Not to mention I saw a large bug behind the counter whether it be a roach or a type of beetle whatever I’ll never come here again

Your experience entirely depends on who is helping you. Most of the employees ignore what you say and ask for. If you ask for a small amount of something, they give you a handful, and roll their eyes if you ask them to take some off. If you aren’t extremely specific right from the beginning, they make their own assumptions. For example, don’t tell them you want a cookie without immediately specifying which kind. They’ll automatically give you chocolate chip. Also, don’t expect immediate service. Half the time, they sit in the back on their phones and you have to ring the service bell to get anyone’s attention.

I asked the lady about the special buy 2 and get the third sandwich free she said it depends what are you getting i told her chicken and than she said that is fine I told her what i need and the other lady over charge me they barely speak English. And she told me am a liar i told her thanks i need it. I when to the other Subway down the road and the honors the special. No hair nest also
