This place will never get your order right. Order a triple burger? It will be a double. Order and pay for extra sauces? Better check the bag because you will have to ask for them. I’m not sure if they do it on purpose to save some money and hope no one notices or it’s just sheer incompetence.

Every time that I have frequented Dairy Queen in Dunlap Tennessee I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. Their establishment is very clean, the workers are very professional and courteous. The owners of this Dairy Queen work very hard to keep they’re restaurant clean and their crew knowledgeable and courteous. So nice to know that we have a place in Dunlap where we can go with all these qualities.

When you stop in at a Dairy Queen for dinner your expectations are not high. However, this location is top notch, really. The dining room is spotless, the kitchen and ice cream area that you can see from the counter is very clean, the staff are competent and very friendly, and the owner is friendly, professional, and gracious.
Food was carefully prepared, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Burger was carefully assembled, looked exactly like the advertisement, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, perfectly cooked bacon. Onion rings were golden and crispy. And the chocolate malt was delicious, made with extra malt exactly as I asked.
This location has raised the bar for my expectations at a fast food type restaurant!

The owners are really nice. My husband and I regularly go in for ice cream and shakes. I love the chocolate soft serve. And we have always gotten great service.

Amazing staff. Staff is very kind. Food is always fresh and taste great! Wanna update review by saying the food has always been fresh and hot when it comes out. Never had an order messed up. The workers go above and beyond to make sure your food is correct and served on time.

I just wanted to say that we are from out of town and doing a job in Dunlap. We stopped on our way home to grab some supper. We were greeted by a very friendly employee named Tinsley (according to the receipt). We mentioned that we were headed back home and when she brought our order out to me, she thanked me and told me to have a good night and she also wished us a safe drive home. She was very sweet and polite. I just felt she needed to be recognized for her kindness. Thank you Tinsley. Our food was also made fresh and tasted fabulous. Thanks.
