Unreal experiance. Spend over $100, Ordered 11 subs put names of every single person on each one. They not only didn’t put any names on any of the subs. Half the subs didn’t even have a number on them. No way to tell whos is who. I call in and ask the manager how this even happens. I didn’t yell or swear and he hangs up on me. That is horriblle customer service and someone you don’t want to represent your company. Do better Jimmy Johns.

It have never been in a Jimmy John’s before so I needed help. Keep in mind I did have a sandwich before that my daughter bought for me. I was asking about sandwiches because no one was behind me and I had a little time. I received very quick answers. No help as to what could be on a sandwich. Did not even ask me what size I wanted. So I had turkey, tomato, lettuce and mayo on a 16″ sub. I know I had more stuff on the sub that my daughter got me. So I was not very happy at all

The staff here is great the bread is always fresh the restaurant is really clean kit and Tom are always so friendly and welcoming Nathan and Maggie are great too they are awesome love this jimmy johns and definitely recommend to all my friends they always got the best music playing too best jimmy johns in NEO!!! What really sets this jimmy johns apart from the others is the consistency it’s constantly great and always exceeds all expectations! Keep it up guys and girls!!

I’ve been to this location a couple times and let me tell you about the customer service. The associates are so nice and not only make great food but also serve great conversation while doing so. I had Jimmy Johns at another location and was dead set on never going back, but thankfully I found this location. Not only was I coming back for the great customer service and just inviting atmosphere, but I genuinely liked the food. Get you a bite or two from there and see for yourself!

I am 100% satisfied with this location!! There is a woman who works there during the day (I don’t know her name) but she is AMAZING! Everyday I order through the app (which I highly recommend!) and when I come to pick up my food she greats me with such happiness and genuine excitement! I absolutely LOVE getting my lunch from here every single day! She makes me feel so welcome and more than just a customer! So whoever she is…she doesn’t even know that she makes a difference everyday in my life- breaking away to get my lunch is really nice to see a smiling face! Thank u for all that you do! You rock as a person!!! Oh and the food is always ON POINT! Thank u guys!!

For the second time this store has canceled my door dash order and not given a refund. The first time, I had to call the store after seeing my order was canceled and after demanding to have my refund, it processed through door dash immediately. Second time, the payment fully cleared and I had to contact door dash to have this reversed. Each incident the orders were placed around 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, so I suspect the workers here didn’t want to make and deliver the food because it was close to closing time. Well, message received. I won’t be ordering here anymore and I hope this place goes out of business turning paying customers away.
