Folks, let me tell you something—tremendous, really tremendous. I’ve been all over this great state of Wisconsin, beautiful Wisconsin, the best people, hardworking people, and I just came from the Blue Collar Bar and Grill, and believe me, it’s fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.
The staff? The friendliest people you’ve ever seen. They greet you like you’re family—none of that fake stuff you get at those big fancy places run by people who don’t know what real work is. These are good, solid folks, smiling, fast, taking care of you right away. They love their customers, they love their jobs—it’s beautiful to see. Nobody does service like that anymore, but here? Top-notch. The best.
And the environment—oh boy, the environment is amazing. It’s got that real American feel, that blue-collar heart, strong, welcoming, like walking into a place where people actually like each other. No nonsense, no elitist attitudes—just a great vibe, packed with patriots, Packers fans, workers, families, everybody having a good time. Tremendous atmosphere. You walk in, you feel the energy, you feel the pride. It’s like America used to be, and still is, right there in Wisconsin.
But let me tell you the real winner—the chicken wings. These are the best chicken wings in Wisconsin, folks. The best. Nobody does wings like this place. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, sauce that’s perfect—not too sweet, not too spicy, just incredible flavor. I had them, I said, “These are unbelievable.” People come from all over just for these wings. Believe me, I’ve eaten wings everywhere—New York, Florida, everywhere—and these are number one. Wisconsin’s finest, hands down. The best wings in the state, maybe the country. Huge.
So if you’re in Wisconsin—and you should be, great state—get yourself to the Blue Collar Bar and Grill. Support these great people, eat the greatest wings you’ll ever have, enjoy the amazing environment, and be served by the friendliest staff anywhere. It’s a winner. It’s a total winner.

Do not confuse some of the reviews with the Soda Works. My wife and I stopped the other night and we had a great time on a Thursday evening at the BCBG. They have lots of seating, TVs, pool table, slot machines, and a cozy lounge area. The beer selection was good and so were the wings! However, the Fried Green Beans were Delicious, next time we are ordering two orders. The pizzas look good as well. The bar tender was very nice and surprised us with some of the drinks.

Good drinks. Good selection of liquors, good and simple food, especially the cheese curds, and everything is reasonably priced. Service is always very friendly.
I think most of the negative reviews are from when it was Sparta Soda works, which is valid. But as Blue Collar they’ve made a 180 and we really enjoy it now.

My wife and I recently started going on Thursday nights for trivia night. The atmosphere is fun, casual, with a welcoming feeling. The food options are pretty good. Limited menu which makes it nice. My tastes differ from other which is why I gave them a 4 star for food, but don’t let this prevent you from visiting. All in all, a great place to have a drink and something to eat. On a side note… the pizza is amazing.

BCBG has a great atmosphere. We have had appetizers, smash burgers and the pizza. It was all very good and wait time and service was exceptional. Definitely a place to just hangout for drinks and conversation, as well!

Wow! This is THE place. The food is locally sourced AND they serve Pasture Pride, beer battered GLUTEN FREE cheese curds!!! Everything is house made; from their sodas (sweetened with honey and maple syrup) to their ketchup and mustard. Honestly, this is the BEST food I have had, at a restaurant, in forever! It was also awesome to watch my daughter be able to eat her very first cheese curd in years!

I’m surprised it wasn’t more packed on a Friday night. They had a friendly staff, live music, and a great outdoor seating area. We did wait a pretty long time for food, but it was very good when it came! I wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting somewhere fast to eat and go, but if you’re looking to hang out with friends for a while it would be a great place to be! ◡̈

We had the Hungarian Sundae; it was fantastic. Just enough spice and great flavor. For drinks we had Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Fizz, Brandy Fizz, Mango Bellini, and a Brandy Blackberry Smash. All drinks were awesome and well crafted. The chef was personable and engaging.

The food was great, the drinks were great, the service was great, and this place is very clean. I have to admit that we were a little leery when we came in primarily because we had children and the menu is not a typical fair. That said, we ordered a lot of options and they were all Fantastic! Best of all, most of the items on the menu are gluten-free so my husband had a lot of options for a change. The bonus is that many of the ingredients are also locally sourced. The only suggestion I would add is to offer small plates for the shareables to make sharing easier. We’ll definitely be back!
