Best menudo and barbacoa in Poteet. Only open Saturday and Sunday. When I mean BEST menudo and barbacoa this is coming from a snobby picky eater. It rocks flat out.

ALL my life, and I’m 51, I have eaten nothing but Del Rio! The tamales are #1. The barbacoa is #1. The salsas are #1. The corn and flour tortillas are #1. The chicharones are so fresh and #1. Everything is fresh!

Terrible customer service. Signs on building and the websites states 7 am opening. I’m waiting in line with 7 other people. At 7:10 I call and can hear the phone inside ringing. No one answers so it goes to voice mail. Voice mail says they open at 8!!!!! They finally open at 7:15.
