My son is an East Meadow firefighter, he won a certificate & we decided to give it a try. Hidden Gem, absolutely the best pizza in town! Fresh, tasty and favorable. They are close on Sundays, have great sales without compromising the taste. Will definitely go back anytime!

A pleasure to see a smiling face. I ordered a large cheese pie. The dough was very good flavor and thickness to support the pie. The flavor of the top side was a little bland but I like a sweet sauce, I added a little garlic powder to kick it up a bit. I am super happy the pie wasn’t ruined by being soupy. Overall pretty good just need to spice it up a bit, I’ll be back.

Ordered a Sicilian pie, garlic knots and a pinwheel.

Garlic knots: huge and are soft. Good flavor.

Pepperoni pinwheel: was good. Nothing good or bad to say.

Sicilian pie: sauce has good chunks but not a lot of flavor needs some spice added. Lots of cheese but seems to be cheap. It would be better if they spent more money on quality cheese and used less.
