The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, with a stunning fireplace and perfectly curated décor that creates an unforgettable ambiance. We started the evening with drinks at the bar, where the bartenders were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Dinner was outstanding. Their house-made pasta is phenomenal—we tried several dishes, and each one was exceptional. The salads were both delicious and artfully presented. And the desserts… WOW. We ordered a variety, and every single one was not only incredible in flavor but presented like a work of art.
Service was flawless from start to finish. Plates were cleared promptly after each course, fresh silverware was provided every time, the serving dishes were beautiful, and the entire staff was warm, attentive, and smiling throughout the night. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable.
I rarely write reviews unless a place is truly exceptional—and Ember and Eagle exceeds expectations on every level. We can’t wait to return.
We’d definitely come back, and it’s worth going out of your way for, 100%
Marco was our waiter and was extremely kind and attentive. He was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and made great recommendations when ordering. Also want to give compliments to the chef and let management know they need to do whatever they can to keep him because every plate we had was fantastic!
We started off with the pecorino zeppole. Recommended my Marco, and although an interesting combination it was one of my favorites. The sliced prosciutto with the zeppole and cheese was great! The tuna carpaccio was also recommended and is a top choice for when we come back! That Japanese rice cake was the perfect touch! For dinner we had a filet and a tomahawk ribeye both cooked wonderfully and the presentation of these as well as all the other dishes was beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Parmesan fries with the truffle sauce on the side. Again, recommended by Marco and it paired wonderfully. For dessert we had the chocolate pear which was dark chocolate and super rich in flavor.
The way we were treated by all the staff says so much. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. Marco talked with us the whole night, Holly came and said goodnight to us and thanked us for coming, even the valet guys remembered my name. This is how you want to feel and be treated when you go out to eat at an upscale restaurant, and the team at ember and eagle really focused on that. We will definitely be putting this on our list of top restaurants and plan on being regulars here! A MUST TRY!!!
The owner, Cory, took the time to explain the menu! Service was amazing.
Bottomline: go!!
Celine, who is the GM was not only attentive, but fun and excited to accommodate in every way possible-
The downstairs bar is stunning with black Tempest Quartzsite and a lovely staff that can make a drink compared to very few.. Upstairs was not large, but we sat in a couch like setting that was cozy and really inviting.
The food was delicious!
We had filet Mignon-
Homemade angelotti w/short rib -and yummy Caesar salad salad with baby gem lettuce, and prosciutto ..
The banana chocolate trifle was outstanding, and overall the experience was just simply highlighted by the staff, and the ambience didn’t hurt either!
Highly recommend
The food- to die for. Each item ordered was to perfection ! This place is a must experience, you’ll be glad you did
