The absolute best thing I’ve tried since coming to the island. Service was great over the top best in class. The burger. . . I’m without the words for how good it was. I ordered it cooked medium and Waikiki style (that’s bacon, cheddar,BBQ,and a hash brown, LTO.) It hit on all points what you want for a burger. Great char, correct temp, sloppy as all hell. To top it off the guy at the counter gave customer service that is rarely seen these days with the all the fixins in the bag automatically. I’m looking for the napkins, and found wet naps!!! They knocked it out of the park 110%. I give it 12/10

I stopped in around 11.30 today intending to buy a drink since it was such a hot day, the young man behind the counter said ‘please help yourself’ and handed me a cup, he refused to take any money from me, I would like to thank him & share that he really made my day, very very obliging, he was sorry to have made me wait even though I had only just came in, his manners and everything were absolutely amazing, I poured myself a nice cold water, Good on you, and as for Teddy’s Bigger Burgers, at Beretania st University, I’d highly recommend if you’re wanting premo service, thankyou once again one thirsty customer

This was one of our go to Burger joints, but recently the service has gotten really bad. Walked in today to an empty counter. No employees to be seen. Waited about 10 minutes until someone from the back finally noticed I was there. 2 younger guys, kind of sloppy looking working the back, just hanging out. Will only order food here if I see there is a different crew working.

Cheese fries were cold, usually they are hot to the touch. I walked in, was greeted and they said 5 more mins. 5 mins later my name was called, and when I got to the car to check the fries it wasn’t hot.

Been watching people do takeout and the burgers looked frighteningly large. Finally had the hunger and courage to stop. Ordered the Kailua to go and I thought it was pricey but pretty good.
Nice part is they have parking and it’s close to where I live. The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Given it was my first time I needed patience and assistance, lol.

I ordered 3 Kaneohe Burgers, 1x 7oz single pattie & 2x 5oz double patties, all combo meals. Spent $65.40, get home to find out I have burgers I didn’t order, so I call Teddys to let them know what happened, juz to be told there’s nothing they can do for me seeing they didn’t charge me for Kaneohes burgers?! If this is how Teddys Burgers runs their business, I will take my business somewhere else that will charge me and give me the correct food I ordered without incident… I didn’t even get an apology for their mistake!!!

Delicious burger. You can taste the freshness. My only comment was that my Volcano was not spicy at all (to me anyway). Maybe for the future there can be spice levels people can choose?
