I look forward to 5 Guys because of their fresh burgers and great fries. This was disappointing. The fries were not fresh and were soggy. Burger was good as always.

I understand that I didn’t get the smallest, cheapest version of everything… But this price should be the top-end, like if I had gone all out. I like this place, but at these prices I won’t be back for a while. This price puts it in the”special occasion” category with actual sit-down restaurants. Then to ask for a tip on top of that to subsidize what you’re paying your employees. Lol

I ordered fries and asked for the Cajun seasoning on the side. The cup of Cajun was full of some type of bugs or gnats. They were jumping all around in the cup. Wish I had noticed this before putting it on my fries. All they offered was to give me new fries. Very disappointing. That was a nasty experience. Wonder who else ate bugs on their Cajun fries. 9-12-25.
UPDATE 9-23-25. I contacted them as asked to below and still have yet to even get any response back from anyone. I guess it isn’t concerning to them that there was an issue with bugs.

I placed an order on my phone when I was about 8 to 10 minutes away. I thought I would just be able to walk in and pick it up when I got there. However, I had to wait maybe 6 or 7 more minutes after I arrived before it was ready. The food was awesome though and didn’t mind waiting since I knew the food would be hot & fresh. Plus the employees greeted me upon arrival and told me it should be ready in a few minutes.
