Nice atmosphere , food was good had Bagel n Lox and Avocado Toast with All nighter coffee. With chewy cake and a Brownie. Chewy cake not quite chewy a bit stale but Otherwise things were very tasty!

I am writing this review after leaving Statesboro, to return to Houston. I would be remiss if I didn’t take the time to thank the folks at Sugar Magnolia for their part in making our Dad’s 95 birthday party a resounding success. A very special shout out to Kristen who helped to guide, organize and execute what turned out to be a wonderful celebration of our father’s life. We were able to enjoy a private dining event for thirty-one people in the coffeehouse which was setup for the occasion. The buffet style dinner was hot and delicious with plenty of food and beverage for all. Dad actually cleaned what I was certain was a too full plate! The affiliated bakery made a three layer vanilla cake with lemon curd filling that was a huge hit with everyone! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Sugar Magnolia was definitely a sweet treat for our family.

The food was delicious, service was quick and pleasant, but I was honestly disappointed with the coffee. I ordered a latte (as I always do at any coffee shop) and it burned me! I have never had a coffee so hot. Also, it was frothed way too much (probably why it was so hot) and not well done. It wasn’t fluffy and creamy as a latte should be.
They were kind to give me some cold milk to cool it down some after I asked.
It’s a wonderful place for food and vive, but if you’re a specialty coffee fanatic, it’s ok, not amazing.

Every time I arrive in the coffeehouse the staff always can sense just what’s needed. I go in just expecting a quick caffeine fix and walk out feeling like I’d been to a friends house. I leave with the calmest feeling that could also just be the caffeine and lavender in my drink. The warmth the staff showed both the am crew today and afternoon crew today MLK day , extends far beyond the drinks. They actually act like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and the products they peddle. The coffee cold an hot are to perfect temperature and flavors are out of this world . Please let the owner know they chose good crew members with good attitudes. I will continue to go to this coffee shop in future.

I absolutely love this place,I come every time I visit my boyfriend at Georgia southern. The workers are so sweet and the specialty drinks are so unique and fun. I absolutely love their pumpkin chai but I tried the chocolate covered strawberry drink today and it was so good!! It’s a great place to come and work on school.

Hands down best coffee I have had in my 40+ years of traveling. Sorry Savannah, but this place even beat 4 of your best places I visited as well as many many others across the USA! The chocolate pastry melted in my mouth (my mother ate most of it ). Had to buy the coffee and the Espresso Bark (dark chocolate of course)!

I just came on here to say that the interaction with the barista who made my coffee today made my day. I am in town for a funeral, and have been really low energy, but I had the most uplifting conversation with the barista at the front (I can’t remember her name to save my life but she had curly black hair and glasses). I told her to surprise me with a fun coffee drink to lift my spirits and she sure did! Couldn’t have asked for a better start to my morning.
