Driving from Hailey to Boise so I Googled “Restaurants in Fairfield” and saw “Just Three Girls Pizza”. I decided to give it a try. Nice and clean inside and out with a old “country town” look and feel. It was a rainy day but the dinning room was pleasant with natural light from the windows facing the main street in Fairfield.
I ordered the meat lovers pizza and a diet Pepsi. I was traveling for business and needed to catch up on emails so I inquired about WIFI, which they gladly shared the password with me. Found my seat, opened the laptop and went to work. The pizza arrived pretty quickly, delivered by a very nice young boy, which I would guess to be a grandson of the owner. I did enjoy the family owned and operated feel of the place.
The pizza had a thin crispy crust with a nice rich red sauce, definitely has the traditional Italian spices. I was able to watch part of the pizza prep and they rolled the dough for the crust out fresh as I ordered it so that was very cool. I personally love thin crust so I think the pizza was awesome, good mix of meat and cheese with the rich pizza sauce.
I really enjoyed my short time at “Just Three Girls Pizza” and the refreshing break from big city fast food eating. If my travels take me back through Fairfield I will definitely be back. I might even plan a Ski-Bike trip up to Soldier Mountain this winter and make this little pizza place a part of the trip.
