The phone number is incorrect and I can’t get ahold of them to let them know order time was wrongly changed by the app so my food would be fresh…. Everytime I go they seem so unhappy that someone is even ordering, no one smiles and half the time the sandwich is just thrown together carelessly.

I used the app to place an order and changed the delivery address, but it still selected the wrong location. I tried calling the store, but the phone number listed does not work. This same nonworking number appears everywhere, making it impossible to get in touch with them. Subway’s customer service has also been unhelpful. It is just an AI chat bot with forced prompts that doesn’t allow you to type freely or request a human. It simply said they would email me, which is useless at that point. Now I’m out of money and two sandwiches are going to waste.

Lazy rude employees will overcharge you and complain about having to take cash and give change. Genuinely very irritating trying to get food here.

My coworkers and I at Netceed frequently visit the Subway in Wallburg, NC, for lunch, and we always have an exceptional experience! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared exactly as we request. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the exemplary service provided by the wonderful staff.
A special shout-out to Brittney—she’s always incredibly polite, friendly, and accommodating. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail make our lunch visits genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers.
Thank you to the entire Subway team in Wallburg, especially Brittney, for making our lunch breaks something we all look forward to!

My husband came in to get me a steak and cheese sub. Their oven was down and couldn’t melt the cheese on the steak. Who it’s cold steak with cold cheese. He bought it anyway for me. Nastiest sub I have ever eaten. When I called back to the Subway they weren’t excepting calls. I wonder why!!! I expect a full refund or another sub to replace this one. If they can’t cook their food they need to close the door. Worst Subway I have ever been to.

I ordered food from here today. The sandwich “artist” pulled her foot out of her tennis shoe and lowered her ankle sock, and then began to scratch her foot. Vile. Disgusting. She could of had some sort of fungus! The manager didn’t seem to care. I guess this is why Subway is flopping.

This Subway almost never has meatballs for meatball subs whenever I go there for it. It’s literally the only sub I ever order and they’re the only Subway that is constantly out of them. They’ll also let people wait in line like 10-15 minutes without telling you they’re out of stuff just for you to find out when you go to order. Again, the only Subway that I constantly have this problem with.
