If I could give this place ten stars I would. As a celiac, this is my dream! Amazing selection of pastries, sandwiches, toast, and delicious smoothies and juices. Best GF bread I’ve ever had! Everything was amazing. Will be coming back every chance I get!

What a delicious place to eat!!! Great choices, my cousin has Celiac so she wanted to eat here. I have dairy allergies, very impressed with the selections and quality of the food. My husband can eat anything and will LOVE this place. Even the rice crispy squares, so glad the person who complained about that 1 item lived thru the trauma of not having home made marshmallows in them!!!! LOL. The bakery items are beautiful and taste just as good which is difficult to do w GF in my opinion. Good job Pressed On Main. Really personable owner too.

So good! We stopped in on my birthday and the people working were so sweet. All of their smoothies and gluten free pastries are bomb. Definitely worth stopping in to try it.

This place is great! I can’t believe I did not know about it before as a celiac! I had the chipotle chicken sandwich with kale chips. It felt so good to eat a normal sandwich again. Chicken was tender and the flavor was great. I was nervous for the kale chips but they were so GOOD and a little spicy ( I love spice though). Overall great service and food and I hope to try the waffles next time I am back!

We drove an hour down from Lake Stevens with our chaotic allergen family and often picky food diverse relatives(celiac x2, dairy free x3, vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters) . The staff were SO wonderful and accommodating wanting to make our first time perfect! . Had a chance to speak to Kate one of the owners so nice! We had waffles, bagels, avocado toast, açaí bowls, coffee, cocoa, pressed juice, & chicken sandwich. So we taste tested the whole range. One word DELICIOUS! One item needed to be warmed a bit more and the owner tried to comp us with some free treats but we would have nothing of it and bought a big box of additional pastry goodies to bring home! Can’t wait to hit this spot every time we hike north bend area. ! As a severe celiac this place is a godsend Thanks Kate & Co.!

Came here after a long hike and this place really hit the spot. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something healthy and organic that also tastes amazing! We got the Signature Avocado Toast, Berry Nutty Crunchy toast and cold pressed green juice. Everything tasted so fresh and you can tell a lot of thought was put into using quality ingredients. We will definitely come back and try some of the baked goods options next time.

One of the best pesto sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The bread, the filling and the side of kale chips made it perfect. I paired it with a berry smoothie which kept me satiated on a busy day. I will be returning.

What a cool store, my selection of smoothies and juices and bakery goods. I had the Mochca Java smoothie with peanut butter. It was so good. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. 5 out of five, would come back.

Was once a huge fan, under previous ownership. thought this store cared deeply about their ingredients for a healthy gut but I found out recently i was wrong and now I can’t trust it since a new owner has taken over.

Did you know real marshmallow made from
Marshmallow root is AMAZING for your tummy?

When I saw “home made rice crispy treats” at their counter I was ecstatic, surely I thought a store like this is putting their best out forward regarding one of the most healthy ingredients that could be found in a sweet treat instead of the imitation marshmellow we see in the grocery store; which is fake, packed with corn syrup and artifical ingredients….. I asked the cashier just to be sure and was told YES! It’s real home made marshmallow! She didn’t lie on purpose, I know, but I bought it, ate it and believed her.

When I came in a second time I asked the next cashier the same question and she said she didn’t know, which was more honest than the first but the reality is she didn’t really care to find out. So I sent a message to their account on instagram for clarity.

At first in a panic they said it was KRAFT brand marshmallow…which in addition to corn syrup also has food dye for no good reason..of course. Then they took that back and said woops it’s not Kraft but some other generic brand.

After realizing how upsetting this was to me, having unknowingly ate something I strive very hard to avoid in my food for obvious reasons…they refunded me. I explained it wasn’t about the money and asked them to improve their ingredients and remove corn syrup from any of their ingredients. I gave them an opportunity to respond before writing this review & and they chose silence instead.

Unfortunately this place is just another gimmick, capitalizing on our communities desire to eat healthy without actually making sure their ingredients are healthy.

So sad. So disappointed.
