Great flavors. Clean place. Very friendly staff. The flavor of their elnpastor was amazing!! Chili renellos were outstanding. Their salsas were flavorful and have amazing for everyone with mild, medium, and hot. All three were very flavorful. Will definitely be stopping back by again.

Very flavorful street tacos. My picky daughter who doesn’t eat anything but quesadillas, loved my carnitas tacos and we had to order more. My husband loved all the salsas, the tomatillo was very flavorful and the spicy roasted one was on point. The patio outside was perfect to have our dog under the table and the service was warm and friendly. We will come back!!!

The best Mexican food in the entire valley served with excellent customer service. We are obsessed with the breakfast burritos with chorizo!! We also order Quesabirria, street tacos, burrito supreme. On Saturdays, they have amazing Posole and chicken&pork Tamales!!! Definitely go when you’re in Palisade!!

Me and my mother-in-law decided to go and get tacos for Taco Tuesday it’s been going to you guys for quit a while. we had ordered a total 18 tacos ranging in chicken and carne asada we were disappointed to find out when we got home to open our food there was barely any chicken on all the tacos same with the asada and the $10 beans and rice side wasn’t even that much inside. I’ve been here since October and I enjoyed the food truck and they at least loaded the tacos it’s disappointing how it’s declined.

I stopped by today for lunch. I was in Palisade so I knew what I wanted. I got the burrito rancho.
When the nice young man asked about hot sauce I told him to hurt me. I was not disappointed the sauce was awesome and made my sinuses run. I am full and very happy. I will be back as soon as I am back in Palisade.
