I’ve reviewed this Subway before, and over a year later I’m glad to be able to say they still follow the same AWESOME allergy protocols. Urvi not only put on fresh gloves as soon as I mentioned allergies, she washed her hands, got a fresh sandwich paper out because the previous one had touched her other gloves, and went to the trouble of taking from the bottom of the bins to minimize my chances of cross contamination, without me even having to ask! I dont eat out often, I have a lot of allergies that make it difficult (not just gluten, but bacon, various spices, and many peppers just to name a few), but it’s very reassuring to me that I’m as safe as it gets at this Subway.
