I pulled up there one day saw a worker smoking held the door for her she smelled like cigarettes which I don’t care She walked straight to the register took my order proceeded to talk to the employees than I watched her walk back there grab a bag of fries and cook them than boxed my fries and put them on my tray never did she wash her hands or put gloves on. That is nasty cigarettes stink I feel like they should have a smoking area other then outside the door next to the drive through window some people might have Asthma my burger I watched them make my burger no hair net ? Throwing it together sloppy the price is not accurate. I get breakfast my breakfast is sometimes cold. Charged me a couple of times for the wrong biscuit instead of saying we’re out and giving me another one that’s almost the same bacon egg and cheese I want a fried egg I asked her finally one morning why were they charging me for that one and not the one they giving me her response was I thought you might’ve knew

Oopsie…I’ve taken a bite of the tasty steak biscuit. I walked in and immediately greeted from everybody. The front counter guy ( with the long braided ponytail) greeted me, too. Very helpful in helping me decide what to buy. Good sense of humor also. Yes, I will be returning. Did I mention they have the steak biscuits 2 for $5.00? When I was in there! Yum yum

I got an offer for 50% of an online order, so I used it. I now know why it’s been three years since my last visit. I ordered an omelet biscuit, but it was just egg and cheese on a biscuit. My wife ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich, but it, too, was just egg and cheese on bread. I guess they’d rather be cheap or on people’s food than gain regular customers.

The last 2 times I have come here my orders have been cold and not what I ordered. First time I ordered biscuits and gravy… Ended up with biscuits and gritts… In the garbage it went.
Second time small hamburger with ketchup mustard and pickles… I got a plain burger with onions and pickles…. Just about done going. The workers need to pay more attention.

I love this Hardees. My food has always been hot, they have only gotten my order wrong once, the committed the terrible sin of putting onions on my husbands hamburger after I asked them to be left off. It didn’t bother me, but you would think they had tried to murder my husband after he got a bite of onions! Anyhoo I love this place. They are always nice and I never have to wait a long time. I recommend going there.

Fast food is getting too expensive. Almost the same cost as a sit down restaurant. But Hardee’s makes a decent burger and the people here are nice and the place is always clean. One of the best spots to eat in Citronelle.
